About Fluidstack

We exist to make humanity more free. For most of human history, you farmed or you starved. Technology gave people more time for the things they wanted to do, instead of things they had to do. Powerful AI will be the biggest lever for human choice we've ever built - but only if models are aligned with what humanity actually wants. There are groups building AI who don't share these goals. Whoever deploys frontier compute infrastructure fastest will decide whether AI expands human freedom or shrinks it.

We're singularly focused on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else, rethinking every layer of the stack. We acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them - with teams spanning hardware and software. Speed and scale are our key differentiators. Come be a part of building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI.

We hire people who care deeply about this problem space. If that is you, please apply!

How We Operate
  • Extreme ownership. Full autonomy. Own things end to end often taking on scope outside your core role without being asked to get things done.

  • Velocity. We drive everything forward as fast as possible.

  • First principles. Challenge every assumption. Zero analogy thinking, no egos, the best idea wins.

  • Love of the game. The frontier of AI is the most interesting problem of our time. We put in long hours at high intensity to push the frontier forward.

The Marketing Team
  • Examples of key problems the team is working on

  • Make a deeply technical company impossible to ignore. Fluidstack is building at the frontier, and the work of marketing is to make that legible and loud to the people who matter.

  • Earn credibility with the most skeptical audience there is. Engineers and AI labs see through spin, so the bar is substance that holds up to technical scrutiny.

  • Build the brand from zero, at the speed the company moves. No legacy, no playbook, and a company scaling faster than its story, so you write the story as fast as it grows.

Role Scope
  • Own Fluidstack's brand and content across every surface, from the website and technical writing to launches and recruiting narrative, so the company reads as the serious frontier builder it is.

  • Build the content engine that turns deeply technical work, gigawatt buildouts, novel cooling, and custom networks, into stories engineers, AI labs, and partners take seriously.

  • Set the voice and visual standard for the company and hold every team's external output to it as headcount scales 10x.

  • Produce the launches, announcements, and thought leadership that make a technical company impossible to ignore in a crowded infrastructure market.

  • Build and lead a small, high-output brand and content team, hiring writers and creatives who can match a technical bar and a fast cadence.

What We're Looking For
  • The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.

  • You've built a brand or content function from a near-blank slate and made it a reason people took the company seriously.

  • You've produced technical content that a skeptical expert audience of engineers, scientists, or investors respected rather than dismissed as marketing.

  • You've owned a company or product narrative through a launch or repositioning that measurably changed how the market saw it.

  • You've hired and directed writers, designers, or creatives and raised the quality bar of what shipped.

  • You've shipped strong work on tight timelines at a company scaling fast, rather than polishing indefinitely.

  • You write well enough yourself to set the standard, not only manage others who do.

  • Bonus: Deep tech, infrastructure, energy, or AI category experience. In-house brand leadership at a fast-scaling company. Technical fluency in data centers or AI infrastructure. A portfolio of work you personally wrote or art-directed.

We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
