About The Team | The Team and/or Brand.

Our CPG team brings our brands into consumers’ everyday lives through new products, beginning with our beverage business. The Head of Brand Marketing, CPG will lead brand strategy and marketing for this growing business—from defining the consumer proposition to launching products, building demand, and supporting retail expansion.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll translate consumer and category insights into compelling positioning, develop campaigns that drive awareness and trial, and work with retail and distribution partners to help our products reach more shoppers. We’re looking for a marketer who understands the beverage category and is excited to build a consumer product business.

What You’ll Do
  • Define and evolve the brand strategy, positioning, messaging, identity, and voice for our new CPG products.
  • Develop an integrated brand marketing roadmap that builds consumer demand and supports product launches, retail expansion, and growth.
  •  Lead brand campaigns from insight and concept through production, launch, and measurement.
  • Build a clear understanding of our consumers, the beverage category, cultural trends, and the competitive landscape. Oversee creative development across consumer advertising, content, social media, partnerships, events, sampling, packaging, and customer touchpoints.
  • Develop compelling retail buyer presentations and shopper marketing programs that support distribution, product discovery, and sell-through.
  • Manage agencies, production partners, media partners, and other external collaborators.
  • Own the CPG marketing budget and allocate resources based on strategic priorities and expected impact.
  • Define and track marketing performance, including brand awareness, consideration, trial, repeat purchase, and contribution to business growth.
  • Serve as a senior steward and advocate for the brand throughout the organization.

What We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience in consumer brand strategy and marketing for CPG products, including leadership of integrated campaigns and creative development. Beverage experience is a strong plus.  A track record of launching, building, or growing consumer brands in a competitive market.
  • An understanding of how consumer marketing, retail distribution, and shopper marketing work together to drive trial and repeat purchase.
  • Strong strategic judgment and the ability to move from high-level thinking to detailed execution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate consumer and category insights into clear plans and hands-on execution.
  •  Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Strong creative instincts and a high bar for quality.
  • Experience managing teams, budgets, agencies, and complex projects.
  • A collaborative leadership style that creates clarity, trust, and accountability.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
