As the Head Commercial at Fuze Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving the entire commercial strategy, growth, and operational excellence for our markets. This senior leadership position oversees our key verticals, including Health Plans (Payers), Public Sector and Pharma.

Reporting directly to the CEO for Fuze Services, you will lead the leaders of these verticals and their cross-functional teams to execute on sales, deliver exceptional client experiences, and optimize overall commercial performance. You will be the single point of accountability for achieving our commercial targets and expanding our market presence within these key segments.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to achieve company objectives and drive sustainable, long-term growth across the growth verticals.
  • Identify and analyze market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive threats to inform and adapt business strategies.
  • Lead the development and execution of innovative initiatives to expand market presence and create new revenue streams, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop new solutions
  • Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs, OKRs) for the commercial organization, implementing continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
Team Leadership and Development:
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing, collaborative team of commercial leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities to empower your direct reports and their teams, driving professional growth across the organization.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and mutual respect, aligning with our patient-centric mission.
Client Experience and Satisfaction:
  • Champion a client-centric approach across the organization, ensuring that all decisions, sales processes, and initiatives prioritize the needs and preferences of our partners.
  • Monitor client feedback and satisfaction metrics at a macro level, proactively addressing systemic issues and implementing improvements to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Drive initiatives to improve client retention, loyalty, and lifetime value through targeted engagement strategies and ensuring a seamless partner journey from sale to implementation.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of proven success in senior commercial leadership roles, preferably within the healthcare, health-tech, or diagnostics industry.
  • Direct experience and demonstrated success in healthcare sales verticals, specifically healthcare payers.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate a high-level vision into actionable plans and measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with and influence internal and external C-suite stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in scaling commercial organizations through high-growth phases, driving operational excellence, and managing "leader-of-leaders,".
  • Passion for healthcare innovation and a commitment to improving access to high-quality, personalized healthcare solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and navigate ambiguity with resilience and agility.

Benefits: 

The compensation range for this position is $216,000-$270,000, in addition we offer a range of benefits including: 

Full-time employee benefits include: dental, vision, and multiple group medical plans to choose from, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, group life insurance, (AD&D) insurance, flexible spending account (FSA) and health savings account (HSA), commuter benefits, employer-paid short-term (STD) and long-term disability (LTD) insurance, and additional supplemental insurance plans (spouse life insurance, legal insurance, an employee assistance program, home health testing kits, and a fertility medication discount program). Employees are also provided flexible vacation time, accrued paid sick time, 10 paid holidays, (2 floating holidays for full time non-exempt employees) , and up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave for a birthing parent, and up to 8 weeks of paid bonding leave for non-birthing parents, and up to 12 weeks of family caregiver leave, including 4 paid, to support care for a family member, and a Lifestyle Spending Account allowance each month.
