Superpower is building a new personalized health system aimed at enhancing human life: powered by comprehensive biomarker and diagnostic testing, personalized insights, action plans, and a clinical care team, delivered as a population health and wellbeing benefit.

This role can be based in San Francisco or remotely. We prefer candidates who can spend meaningful time with the team in San Francisco.

This role will build and own Superpower’s consultant and broker strategy. You will establish relationships with the people who shape how employers evaluate and buy benefits, earn Superpower a place in the right conversations, and turn those relationships into qualified opportunities and revenue.

This is a senior, hands-on commercial role. You will be in the market building relationships, educating consultants, supporting active pursuits, and creating the channel playbook as we scale. You will own the function, but you will not inherit a large team or established infrastructure.

What you’ll do

• Own Superpower’s relationships with the leading national, regional, and emerging benefits consulting and brokerage firms.

• Build trusted relationships across consultant organizations, from national practice leaders and innovation teams to local market consultants working directly with employers.

• Create qualified pipeline through consultant introductions, portfolio opportunities, finalist processes, and strategic partnerships.

• Carry clear goals for consultant-influenced pipeline, revenue, and closed business. Relationships matter, but commercial outcomes are the scorecard.

• Establish Superpower as a credible, differentiated solution in preventive health, diagnostics, and employee wellbeing.

• Lead consultant education through briefings, market meetings, events, webinars, and one-to-one engagement.

• Partner closely with enterprise and mid-market sellers on consultant-led opportunities, account strategy, positioning, and deal execution.

• Navigate consultant evaluation processes, RFIs, due diligence, preferred-vendor programs, and emerging-solution reviews.

• Build repeatable coverage plans for the firms and markets that matter most, rather than relying on isolated introductions.

• Bring market intelligence back to the company. Help Product, Marketing, Clinical, and leadership understand what consultants are hearing from employers, where buyers are skeptical, and what Superpower needs to prove.

• Build the consultant relations playbook, operating rhythm, measurement system, and eventually the team.

Who you are

• 10+ years in consultant relations, benefits partnerships, enterprise healthcare sales, or a senior consulting role within the employer-benefits ecosystem.

• You have meaningful relationships across the benefits consulting and brokerage market and know how influence and decision-making actually work inside these firms.

• You have successfully turned consultant relationships into employer introductions, qualified pipeline, and closed revenue.

• You understand how sophisticated employers evaluate healthcare and wellbeing solutions, including the roles of consultants, brokers, procurement teams, clinical reviewers, and benefits leaders.

• You can credibly discuss healthcare costs, employee engagement, preventive care, population health, clinical outcomes, and the evidence employers expect from a new solution.

• Commercially minded and accountable. You measure success through market access, pipeline, revenue, and wins; not meetings or activity alone.

• You are as comfortable briefing national practice leadership as you are helping a seller navigate a specific employer pursuit.

• A builder who can create structure without bureaucracy. You move quickly, operate with limited support, and do not wait for a finished playbook.

• Low ego, high judgment, and willing to do the work personally.

Why join Superpower

• Build the consultant relations function from the ground up and shape how an entirely new preventive-health category reaches employers.

• Join at a moment of strong enterprise and channel momentum, with the opportunity to turn early partnerships into a scalable national strategy.

• Represent a product that gives consultants and employers a more ambitious answer to rising healthcare costs: identify risk earlier, close preventive-care gaps, and help employees take action before avoidable conditions become expensive claims.

• Work directly with company leadership and a team of ex-founders, YC alumni, and mission-driven builders operating with speed and ambition.

• Competitive salary, performance-based compensation, and meaningful equity in a company scaling toward generational impact.
