Own and execute end-to-end demand generation for a technical B2B audience: set strategy, build target lists, run paid/social/search/ABM/email programs, create assets and landing pages, run weekly experiments, build tracking/attribution/lead scoring with RevOps, and deliver qualified pipeline to sales.

The role

Augment Cosmos is the agent orchestration platform for engineering teams. We sell to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and the staff engineers who evaluate the technical path. They are the hardest audience in B2B to reach: they block ads, ignore gated ebooks, and can smell a nurture sequence from the subject line.

We're hiring a demand gen owner to build the pipeline engine for that audience. This is a senior individual contributor role. You will set the strategy and then build the thing yourself: the target account lists, the ads, the landing pages, the sequences, the reporting. No agency, no creative queue, no team to brief. If you want to manage a team, this isn't the job. If you've been slowed down by having to brief people, it is.

You'll own a pipeline number and the freedom to decide how to hit it.

What you'll own

A pipeline number. Qualified opportunities for the sales team, traceable back to the programs that created them. You forecast it with the Head of Marketing and RevOps and reports against it.

Multi-channel execution end to end. Paid social, paid search, email, ABM, webinars an event motions where they pay off. Strategy through copy through asset build through reporting.

A weekly experiment cadence. Several live tests a week, each with a stated hypothesis and a decision at the end of it. Kill the losers fast, scale the winners, write down what you learned so the next person doesn't relearn it.

The systems underneath. Lead scoring, funnel definitions, campaign tracking, attribution, and CRM hygiene, built with RevOps. Every campaign should leave behind a playbook, a template, or a piece of infrastructure that makes the next one cheaper to run.

How we work

Our marketing team runs on agents. The knowledge base, brand voice, positioning, competitive briefs, and campaign work all live in a git repo that agents read and write to. Call transcripts get mined for themes automatically. Reports build themselves. When we need a landing page, we build it.

You'll use Cosmos and other AI tools daily to do with a cross functional teams (Marketing, Ops, Sales). Candidates who can show us what they've automated will go further than candidates who can show us what they've managed.

Current stack: Clay and Cargo for data and enrichment, Customer.io, SFDC, PostHog and Hex for product and analytics and we are sure wou'll add to it.

What we're looking for
  • 5+ years in demand generation or growth marketing at a B2B software company, including time at an early-stage company where you built the function rather than inherited it.
  • Proven end-to-end campaign ownership: audience, offer, creative, copy, build, targeting, measurement. You can point at specific programs and explain why they worked.
  • Fluency across paid social, paid search, email, and ABM. Real ABM: account selection, orchestrated multi-touch, engagement measurement.
  • Comfortable in the data. You (or your agents) write your own SQL or get close enough, build your own dashboards, define your own metrics, and change course on evidence.
  • An AI-native operator. You automate before you delegate and you build your own tooling when the off-the-shelf version is too slow.
  • Taste. Our audience is technical and skeptical. Assets need to be sharp, specific, and free of enterprise marketing filler.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias to ship. Attribution will be imperfect, the category is still forming, and you'll be making calls without complete information.
Strong signals
  • You've marketed to developers or engineering leaders and know what earns their attention.
  • You've built a b2b demand generation program from it’s infancy at a company growing fast.
  • You've run programs in both North America and Europe and know the instincts differ, not just the copy.
  • You've worked at an AI or developer tools company, or you're a heavy user of coding agents yourself.
  • You've been the marketer sales actually asks for help.
