The Head of Digital & Strategy leads GTI’s continued evolution toward a product-driven organization, establishing modern product management practices and aligning technology investments with strategic priorities. This role drives a structured, scalable approach to product development and ensures effective execution through close partnership with the cross-functional organization.

The Head of Digital & Strategy plays a central role in shaping how digital initiatives are defined, prioritized, and delivered across GTI’s diverse, state-specific operating environment, enabling consistent delivery of high-impact, business-aligned solutions. 

Responsibilities  

  • Establish and lead a best-in-class Product Management function, including operating model, governance, and talent  
  • Define and evolve product strategy aligned to business objectives and customer needs  
  • Drive adoption of modern product management practices, including roadmapping, backlog management, and customer-centric design  
  • Define prioritization frameworks to align strategic initiatives with business and operational needs  
  • Partner with business and technology leadership to align product development with business value and long-term platform strategy  
  • Drive alignment across product, engineering, and operations to enable coordinated, scalable delivery  
  • Oversee Launch & Enablement team to support effective rollout and adoption of solutions  
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team on product direction and transformation priorities 

Requirements  

  • 12+ years of experience in product management, digital strategy, or related leadership roles  
  • Proven experience building and leading product management functions and operating models  
  • Experience defining product strategy and aligning technology initiatives with business objectives  
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation or modernization initiatives 
  • Strong experience in prioritization, roadmap development, and delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives  
  • Experience working across business, technology, and operations in a multi-stakeholder environment  
  • Familiarity healthcare insurance programs (e.g., Medicaid), business administration, and enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, claims, payroll, tax, customer-facing systems) preferred 
  • Experience operating in regulated and/or multi-region environments preferred 
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment across teams  
  • Strong communication and leadership skills 

    Location  

    • Hybrid (Executive leadership presence preferred; flexibility based on candidate)
