About the Role:

As the Head of Enterprise Sales, Americas, you will serve as a critical leader responsible for driving strategic revenue growth through new logo acquisition across North America. You will own the enterprise go-to-market strategy for the Americas, lead and scale a high-performing team of enterprise new business sellers, and drive execution across priority verticals, with a strong emphasis on retail, commerce, and digitally mature brands.

This is a highly visible leadership role requiring executive presence, operational excellence, and a customer-obsessed mindset. You will partner cross-functionally across Marketing, Channel, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product to accelerate market penetration and strengthen Bloomreach’s position as the leading commerce experience platform.

You will act as a trusted advisor to both enterprise customers and internal stakeholders, building executive relationships, influencing long-term strategy, and ensuring consistent excellence across the full enterprise sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:Enterprise Revenue Leadership 
  • Define and execute a comprehensive enterprise go-to-market strategy across the Americas region.
  • Own and deliver against ambitious annual and multi-year revenue targets.
  • Drive new logo acquisition across key verticals in retail, travel & leisure, finserv, & consumer services
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and accelerate penetration within priority enterprise segments.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier enterprise sales talent across the region.
    Build a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Coach teams on complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles.
  • Establish clear performance expectations, pipeline discipline, and forecasting accuracy.
Strategic Enterprise Selling
  • Oversee and support complex, high-value sales cycles from prospecting to close.
  • Lead executive deal strategy, including pricing, negotiations, and contract structuring.
  • Champion a consultative, value-based selling methodology focused on long-term customer success.
  • Drive multi-product positioning across the Bloomreach portfolio.
Executive Engagement & Market Presence
  • Cultivate C-level relationships with CIOs, CMOs, Chief Digital Officers, and Heads of Commerce.
  • Represent Bloomreach at executive forums, industry events, and strategic customer engagements.
  • Elevate Bloomreach’s brand presence across the Americas enterprise ecosystem.
Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Channel, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, and Product to ensure aligned execution.
  • Collaborate on enterprise account-based strategies and vertical campaigns.
  • Ensure smooth transitions from sale to implementation and long-term value realization.
Operational & Forecasting Excellence
  • Drive disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting using Salesforce.
  • Monitor pipeline health, conversion metrics, win rates, and deal velocity.
  • Leverage data and analytics to continuously refine sales strategy and improve performance.
Strategic Planning & Adaptability
  • Continuously assess market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback.
  • Adapt regional strategy to evolving business priorities and macroeconomic shifts.
  • Provide executive leadership with insights and recommendations to influence global sales strategy.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 10+ years of progressive enterprise sales experience, with at least 5+ years in senior sales leadership roles across the Americas.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding enterprise revenue targets in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Strong experience selling complex, multi-product enterprise software solutions.
  • Demonstrated success leading geographically distributed, enterprise-level sales teams.
  • Exceptional executive presence, negotiation, and strategic communication skills.
  • Data-driven leader with deep experience in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales forecasting.
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, global, matrixed organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Preferred: Domain expertise in Marketing Technology
