About Trivelta

Operators deserve more from their technology. More speed, more intelligence, and more control.

Trivelta is on a mission to provide the AI-native software infrastructure powering the next generation of sportsbook and gaming companies. Our platform combines true native apps on both the App Store and Google Play, AI-powered personalization and risk management, and built-in social features that help operators create world-class product experiences.

Today, Trivelta powers operators serving millions of users across global markets.

As we continue our rapid growth, two things are essential to our success: our people and our culture.

So far, we have built a global team working from our offices in Boston, Barcelona, Monterrey, and Indore, as well as remotely around the world, to help us achieve our mission. And we’re looking for more exceptional people. People who love building great products, redefining what is possible with AI, and turning complexity into elegant, scalable solutions.

About the Role

We’re looking for an exceptionally talented, ambitious, and hands-on Head of Finance and Controllership to build and lead Trivelta’s global accounting and controllership function.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, treasury operations, and the coordination of tax matters across the United States and our international entities, including Mexico, Spain, Dubai, and the Isle of Man.

This role is designed for an exceptional finance professional who wants to build a world-class finance organization from the ground up and grow into a CFO role over time.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the global month-end close and consolidated financial reporting process under U.S. GAAP.
  • Lead audit preparation and manage relationships with external auditors.
  • Design and implement scalable accounting policies, internal controls, and reporting processes.
  • Oversee and optimize Trivelta’s finance systems, including NetSuite and Ramp.
  • Manage cash operations and support treasury activities.
  • Coordinate with external advisors on U.S. federal, state, and international tax matters.
  • Lead the finance operations teams in Barcelona and Monterrey, overseeing accounting, billing, payment reconciliations, and other core finance processes.
  • Partner closely with the CEO and the Strategic Finance team on company-wide initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in public accounting, controllership, or finance roles in demanding, high-performance environments.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, consolidations, and internal controls.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite, Ramp, or comparable finance systems.
  • Experience in demanding, high-performance environments with a strong track record of achievement.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and hands-on.
  • Ambitious and eager to grow into a broader finance leadership role.

Why Join Trivelta

This is a rare opportunity to work directly with the CEO, build the finance foundation of a rapidly growing AI-native technology company, and position yourself to become a CFO.
