Lead Finance Business Partnering to drive budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, performance reporting, and commercial decision support. Oversee tax coordination, finance systems integration, process improvements, and partner with senior leaders to provide actionable financial insight and support finance transformation.
We are seeking a commercially minded and forward-thinking finance professional to lead our Finance Business Partnering function. This role will play a critical part in supporting business performance through financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision support.
Reporting to the CFO, the Head of Finance Business Partnering will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the business, providing financial insight, challenging assumptions, and helping drive informed decision-making. The role will also oversee tax coordination, finance systems integration, and support the continued evolution of the finance operating model.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead the annual budgeting process and reforecasting cycles
- Deliver financial analysis, scenario modeling, and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making
- Provide forward-looking insight into business performance, risks, and opportunities
- Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations
Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders across functions to support commercial decision-making and performance improvement
- Challenge assumptions, identify opportunities, and provide financial guidance on key initiatives
- Support profitability analysis, investment decisions, and business case development
- Present financial insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
Tax & External Coordination
- Coordinate with external tax advisors to support tax compliance, reporting, and planning requirements
- Ensure timely delivery of tax obligations and effective communication with outsourced providers
Finance Systems & Process Improvement
- Oversee finance systems management, reporting integration, and continuous process improvement initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automation, and financial visibility
- Support finance transformation initiatives, including outsourced finance operations and operating model improvements
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Technical & Professional
- Qualified accountant (CPA preferred)
- 10+ years experience across FP&A, finance business partnering, commercial finance, and financial leadership roles
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Experience working with outsourced finance providers and external advisors is highly desirable
- Strong finance systems capability, including EPM, reporting tools, and financial planning platforms

- Ability to translate complex financial information into clear commercial insight
- High level of ownership, accountability, and decision-making capability
- Strong communication and influencing skills with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
