About the Role
MediaGo is seeking a Team Lead to drive revenue growth in the U.S. programmatic advertising market. You will lead sales operations, identify new business opportunities, develop and execute growth strategies, manage a high-performing team, and provide data-driven insights to support business development and strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for a results-driven, hands-on leader who can combine market insight with effective execution to strengthen MediaGo’s presence in the U.S. market.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead sales operations in the U.S. market, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the programmatic advertising industry, including new client acquisition, partnership development, and strategic account growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, guiding the sales team to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Conduct market research and analyze U.S. market trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging business models to provide data-driven support for business development strategies and decision-making.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to clients and partners, clearly communicating the value of the company’s services and solutions.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on business performance, team progress, and achievement of revenue targets.
  • Responsible for the revenue growth of the US market; directly manage the US team, including Sales, Operations, Marketing, and support functions, by setting goals, monitoring performance, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring smooth, efficient, and effective day-to-day office operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the programmatic advertising industry.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in sales team management, self-driven and with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets and building robust relationships with clients and partners.
  • Experience working with ad tech vendors and platforms, direct advertisers, agency trading desks, SSPs, and DSPs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of leveraging data to drive business decisions.
  • Willingness to travel as required by business needs.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Estimated Base Salary Range: 150k-278k USD
