About Everself

Everself is on a mission to cure obesity. Founded by Harvard Medical School professors, we are pioneering quick, non-surgical weight loss procedures that are 7x safer than surgery and more effective and affordable than the best medications. Our digital health platform combines telehealth, distributed clinics, and an expert care team in endoscopic weight loss to deliver lasting, affordable results for the 40% of Americans struggling with obesity.

We’re growing rapidly with a vision to become the one-stop shop for obesity management, offering the most comprehensive set of interventions available online and via our distributed partner clinics. Join us to help patients reclaim their lives.

About This Role

Everself is the first comprehensive, obesity-focused care platform. We help patients lose weight and keep it off through minimally invasive endoscopic procedures, medication management, and 12 months of wraparound support from dedicated dietitians and nurse practitioners. We're scaling to 20+ cities in 2026, and we need someone to own the paid acquisition engine that gets us there.

As Head of Growth, you'll own our Google and Meta paid media strategy, manage (or replace) our current performance marketing agency, and drive the city-level budget allocation that determines where we grow next. You'll work closely with our new CMO and CEO.

This is very much a ‘player/coach’ role, and the right candidate will have hands-on experience of ad platforms.

What You’ll Do

  • Own paid acquisition performance: Manage our Google Ads and Meta Ads strategy end-to-end, either directly or through agency management, with full accountability for cost per consultation and patient volume targets

  • Manage the agency relationship: Evaluate, direct, and hold accountable our current performance agency. Or make the case to bring paid media in-house…

  • Solve our attribution challenges: Work with our analytics stack (Posthog, BigQuery, Pulse) to improve conversion tracking, build confidence in cross-channel attribution, and shorten the feedback loop between spend and outcomes

  • Collaborate on creative strategy: Partner with our content team (in-house and external) to define what ad creative we need, test hooks and messaging, and build a faster creative iteration cycle

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of performance marketing experience with hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads expertise at $100K+/month in spend

  • Experience with longer sales cycles and delayed conversion attribution. You've optimized for outcomes that take weeks or months to materialize

  • Track record managing multi-market or geo-targeted campaigns

  • Experience managing and evaluating performance marketing agencies

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort building your own reporting

  • Healthcare or DTC health experience preferred

What Makes This Job Amazing

  • Mission-driven work: Join a team of Harvard Medical School professors and healthcare innovators working to transform how obesity is treated. Our work helps patients reclaim their health and dramatically improve their quality of life.

  • Direct impact on patient outcomes: You’ll help guide patients through one of the most meaningful decisions they can make for their health, ensuring they receive thoughtful, supportive guidance throughout the process.

  • Build and scale a critical function: As Everself grows, you’ll play a foundational role in shaping the structure, processes, and culture of our sales organization.

  • High-growth startup environment: Work alongside a passionate, high-performing team building the future of obesity care at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and patient experience.

  • Hybrid flexibility: Enjoy a flexible hybrid work environment with three days in our Market Street office and two days remote.

Total Rewards

  • Competitive salary with equity in a high growth, seed-stage startup

  • Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision)

  • 11 paid holidays, 15 personal vacation days, 10 wellness days

  • Hybrid work, 3 days in-office 2 days remote
