Become the Head of Growth at Momentic, planning and executing on a growth strategy from the ground up.

What you’ll do

  • Shape the company’s marketing strategy directly with the CEO, aligning GTM priorities, campaign focus, and resourcing to drive predictable pipeline and ARR

  • Drive events, SEO, GEO, social media, case studies, and brand campaigns and partner with agencies to build pipeline

  • Experiment with newer channels like paid, partnerships, PR & comms to unlock new sources of growth

You’re perfect for this role if…

  • You have 5+ years of relevant experience in growth and marketing at early stage companies (Seed through Series B)

  • You have built marketing channels from 0 to 1 and scaled marketing channels from 1 to 10

  • You are enthusiastic about AI technology and software, and telling stories that resonate with technical leaders (CTOs, VP of Eng, etc.)

  • You are highly opinionated on what message and campaigns will resonate and will ship memorable campaigns for a technical audience

  • Given high-level direction, you ideate fast, flex across marketing functions, and prioritize what shows the most promise.

Nice to haves

  • You have marketed technical B2B SaaS products

  • You have a background with developer tools, infrastructure, or testing/observability

  • You’ve worked with a modern marketing tech stack (Hubspot, Gauge, Clay, Figma, Canva, Twitter, LinkedIn, Apollo)
