As part of the GTM Strategy & Enablement Team, you will work daily to drive alignment, clarity, and execution across our GTM org. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing and Product to define strategy, streamline processes, and enable teams to perform at their very best for our Miro Customers. By combining data-driven insights with operational excellence, we ensure every GTM function is equipped to deliver consistent growth, customer excellent, and market impact.
About the RoleThis role has a global mandate across all customer segments, including Small, Medium and Enterprise, serving 250,000 customers and 100M users. The leader will own GTM Strategy, Enablement, in close collaboration with Product and Marketing. The scope is comprehensive, covering partners, solution engineering, sales, support, success, renewals, new customer acquisition, and customer education driving both horizontal Miro adoption and vertical-specific solutions.

- Engineer proactive customer engagement models using AI agents alongside human teams
- Create data-driven, end-to-end solutions that drive deeper engagement faster
- Scale customer value delivery through a balanced application of automation and human expertise
- Redesign GTM approach from the ground up, rethinking the division between human work and automation
- Architect the optimal balance between AI agents, automation, and human teams to maximize customer value
- Analyze performance metrics and system telemetry to identify gaps and engineer effective solutions
- Drive the adoption strategy across both the horizontal platform and specific vertical solutions
- Lead the transformation of customer engagement from a reactive to a proactive model
The ideal candidate will have:
- A background from a top-tier consulting firm at an Engagement Manager and above, followed by senior GTM leadership experience at a SaaS company (e.g., SVP of GTM Strategy/Operations or Revenue Acceleration)
- The candidate must possess a deep understanding of AI's potential in reengineering GTM
- A customer-first transformation mindset
- Proven experience redesigning organizational functions
- Hands-on with technology, e.g. being able to configure agentic workflows, be on top of latest tech developments, etc

The reasonably estimated salary range is specific to San Francisco and may not be applicable to other locations. The range for this role is $304.000 to $380.000. Final compensation and total package components will be based on individual factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
