Roblox is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Investor Relations to lead our global investor relations program. This is a highly visible role, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, and is responsible for managing the company's relationship with the investment community. You will be the primary point of contact for investors and analysts, effectively communicating our company's financial performance, strategic vision, and growth opportunities.
This role is for an analytical, proactive, and collaborative leader who can build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the consumer technology, gaming, and media/entertainment industries.
You Will- Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy that effectively communicates Roblox’s long-term value proposition and business strategy to the investment community.
- Serve as the primary spokesperson for the company to institutional investors and sell-side analysts on key strategic and financial matters.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of quarterly earnings calls, investor presentations, and investor conferences.
- Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership and the Board of Directors on investor perceptions, capital markets, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze and monitor competitor performance, market trends, and industry developments to inform both our business plans and our investor messaging.
- Manage a calendar of investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Finance, Legal, Communications, and Product, to ensure consistent and accurate messaging.
- Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or a related field. Ideally, you have served as the head of investor relations for a publicly-traded company. We are also open to candidates with significant experience on the buy-side (e.g., portfolio manager, research analyst) or sell-side (e.g., equity research analyst) with strong category experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the consumer technology, gaming, and media/entertainment industries is essential.
- Analytical Horsepower: A strong foundation in finance and accounting, including early career experience in investment banking or corporate finance and a passion for applying analytics in areas like business performance, valuation analysis, and forecasting.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial and business information clearly and concisely.
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to think critically and strategically and translate business objectives into a compelling investment narrative.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or CFA designation is a plus.

The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits as described on this page.
Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
