As Head of Launch, you'll build one of our largest teams focused on solving a board-level operational challenge. Reporting directly to the COO/co-founder, you'll own the entire customer implementation lifecycle—from post-sale handoff to successful go-live—across all customer segments. You'll develop the strategy, systems, and team that power Miter's most critical business metric: launched revenue.

Your team will manage 300+ concurrent implementations while navigating the complexities of payroll and construction. You'll architect scalable processes and implement new systems in order to build a function that is a competitive advantage.

What You'll Help Build:

Build an elite team

  • Implement career development paths that reward top performers while scaling

  • Create a metrics-driven culture that consistently exceeds customer expectations

  • Establish standardized processes covering most implementation scenarios

  • Build systems that deliver 10x improvements to Launch team productivity and rigor within our implementation methodologies

Influence strategy

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to shape roadmap based on implementation insights and customer needs

  • Collaborate with Sales to design service packages that maximize value while maintaining implementation efficiency

  • Represent the Launch organization at the executive level, translating operational metrics into strategic business decisions

What You'll Need:
  • 5+ years leading implementation/professional services teams in a high-growth startup or consulting environment

  • Demonstrated ability to recruit top-performers and manage 30+ employee teams

  • Excellent analytical abilities with an instinct to make data-centric decisions

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly

  • Track record building internal systems and operational infrastructure from scratch
