About Quadric

Quadric is redefining edge AI with the industry's first General Purpose Neural Processing Unit (GPNPU), enabling developers to run both neural network inference and conventional C++ code on a single programmable architecture. Our technology powers intelligent edge devices across automotive, industrial, robotics, and embedded systems.

Founded by technologists from MIT and Carnegie Mellon, Quadric is a well-funded growth-stage semiconductor IP company with a growing licensing business. As we enter our next phase of growth, we're looking for our first true marketing leader to build and scale the function.

The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to build a marketing organization from the ground up while reporting directly to the CEO.

You'll own the entire marketing strategy, from brand and product marketing to demand generation, PR, developer marketing, and events. You'll define how Quadric tells its story to semiconductor companies, automotive OEMs, developers, partners, analysts, and investors while building the systems, team, and programs that support long-term growth.

If you enjoy creating structure from scratch, partnering closely with technical leaders, and shaping the narrative for an emerging AI category, this role offers significant ownership and impact.

What You'll Do

Build the Marketing Function

  • Develop Quadric's overall marketing strategy and annual roadmap.
  • Build and lead the marketing team while managing agencies and external partners.
  • Establish the processes, budget, metrics, and operating rhythm for the function.

Define the Brand & Narrative

  • Own Quadric's messaging, positioning, and brand identity.
  • Translate complex hardware and AI technologies into compelling stories for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Lead thought leadership through blogs, white papers, case studies, videos, and executive communications.

Drive Product Marketing & Go-to-Market

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Business Development, and the executive team on product launches and GTM strategy.
  • Create competitive positioning and sales enablement materials.
  • Support major product launches and ecosystem partnerships.

Lead Communications & Industry Presence

  • Manage PR, analyst relations, and media engagement.
  • Oversee Quadric's presence at industry conferences and events.
  • Support executive messaging, keynote presentations, and investor-facing communications.
What Success Looks Like

Within your first 6–12 months, you'll:

  • Establish a clear company narrative used consistently across sales, marketing, and executive communications.
  • Refresh the brand across the website, presentations, events, and digital channels.
  • Launch a scalable content engine targeting key semiconductor, automotive, and edge AI decision-makers.
  • Stand up marketing analytics, ABM programs, and PR initiatives that generate measurable business impact.
  • Successfully support upcoming product launches and strategic growth initiatives.
What We're Looking For

Required

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 3 years leading marketing teams as a Director, Head of Marketing, or VP.
  • Experience building or scaling marketing within a fast-paced startup or growth-stage company.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical products, ideally in hardware, semiconductor, AI, embedded systems, or developer tooling.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional go-to-market initiatives.
  • Strong leadership experience managing teams, agencies, and executive stakeholders.
  • Comfortable building strategy while remaining hands-on when needed.

Preferred

  • Experience marketing semiconductor IP, AI accelerators, SoCs, EDA tools, or developer platforms.
  • Experience building a marketing function from the ground up.
  • Background with ABM targeting enterprise OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, or strategic accounts.
  • Relationships with semiconductor analysts, industry media, or technical conference organizers.
