About Titan

Titan is building the next-generation IT services platform through the acquisition and transformation of high-quality Managed Service Providers. We embed AI agents directly into service workflows, systematically improving service quality, efficiency, and margins.

Rather than selling software into MSPs, Titan operates the services layer itself—creating an AI-native operating system for SMB and mid-market IT infrastructure. Our long-term ambition is to scale this model across MSPs, MSSPs, and adjacent IT services, building a $100B+ category-defining company.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Head of Product Marketing to design and scale Titan’s verticalized go-to-market engines.

This role is responsible for building repeatable, industry-specific GTM systems that translate Titan’s operational and AI advantages into sustained demand, pricing power, and market leadership.

You will own how Titan wins in priority verticals (starting with financial services and SMB), how newly acquired companies are integrated into those GTM systems, and how Titan’s platform capabilities are converted into customer-relevant outcomes.

This is a strategic, high-ownership role at the center of Titan’s growth model, working directly with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build Vertical GTM Engines

  • Design end-to-end go-to-market systems for priority segments

  • Define ICPs, personas, narratives, and sales plays

  • Create repeatable playbooks to support rapid expansion into new verticals

2. Own Positioning & Storytelling

  • Articulate Titan’s differentiated platform and services value

  • Translate AI and operational advantages into customer outcomes

  • Ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across the portfolio

3. Enable Revenue & Growth

  • Build world-class sales and GTM materials

  • Partner with Sales to improve win rates, velocity, and deal size

  • Support demand generation and account-based strategies

4. Lead Launches & Adoption

  • Drive go-to-market for new products, services, and workflows

  • Define packaging, pricing narratives, and rollout strategies

  • Accelerate internal and external adoption of new capabilities

5. Lead Market Insight & Cross-Functional Execution

  • Develop deep customer and competitive intelligence

  • Influence product roadmap and investment priorities

  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing or other marketing leadership roles

  • Experience building or scaling vertical-specific go-to-market programs

  • Strong executive-level communication skills

  • High ownership mindset with comfort in fast-moving environments

What Success Looks Like in the first 12 months
  • At least two fully operational vertical GTM engines in market

  • Standardized sales and marketing playbooks adopted across portfolio

  • Faster post-acquisition GTM integration cycles

  • Improved win rates and reduced discounting

  • Clear Titan platform narrative embedded in deals

  • Marketing measurably contributing to margin expansion

The End State

This role builds the go-to-market engine that makes Titan the default IT partner for SMB and mid-market companies and defines the category of AI-native IT services. The systems created in this role power Titan’s expansion into a $100B company and form a lasting competitive moat driving pricing power and growth.
