About Goldsky

Goldsky is the data platform for financial products built on stablecoins. We give fintechs and financial institutions the real-time data infrastructure they need to launch stablecoin accounts, balances, payments, custody, and settlement products, without becoming blockchain infrastructure companies themselves.

Behind the scenes we operate one of the most demanding production data platforms in the industry. Our infrastructure powers high-volume products at companies like Polymarket, 0x, Kraken, and Circle, and continuously indexes onchain activity across dozens of networks with the latency, accuracy, and reliability that production financial systems require. As stablecoins move from a crypto primitive into mainstream financial infrastructure, fintechs and commercial institutions are turning to Goldsky to abstract away the messy parts (chains, RPCs, reorgs, indexing) so they can ship the financial products their customers actually want.

We’ve raised over $20M from Dragonfly Capital, Felicis Ventures, 0x Labs, Uniswap Labs, Protocol Labs, and angel investors including Plaid founders Zach Perret and William Hockey, and Zhuoxun Yin of Magic Eden. Our team has previously built mission-critical infrastructure at Meta, Google, Shopify, Activision, and more.

About the Role

We’re hiring our first Head of Marketing to own how Goldsky shows up in the world as the company expands from crypto-native infrastructure into the much larger market of fintechs adopting stablecoins. You’ll build the brand, the narrative, the team, and the engine that turns our refocus into recognized category leadership. You’ll report to the CEO and partner closely with the founders, sales, product, and the broader leadership team.

This is a role for someone who has built marketing functions before and is excited to do it again with a different audience: fintechs, payments companies, banking infrastructure providers, and commercial institutions launching stablecoin products. You’re equally comfortable shaping a CEO keynote, briefing an analyst, sharpening a homepage, running an enterprise launch, and hiring the next five people on the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the narrative. Define and evolve Goldsky’s positioning, messaging, and category story as the data platform for financial products built on stablecoins. Translate technical infrastructure into language that resonates with product leaders, CTOs, and risk and procurement teams at fintechs.

  • Build the marketing org. Hire and lead the first marketing team across product marketing, content, growth, design, events, and partner marketing. Be a force multiplier for early hires, not just a manager.

  • Run the go-to-market drumbeat. Coordinate launches, campaigns, customer stories, partner moments, and analyst engagement that compound into demand, category authority, and pipeline.

  • Drive pipeline. Build a measurable system across paid, owned, organic, partner, and event channels that produces qualified pipeline for an enterprise-led GTM motion targeting fintech and financial institution buyers.

  • Shape Goldsky’s public face. Own the website, brand, design language, and editorial voice. Work with the CEO and founders on talks, podcasts, op-eds, and presence at fintech, stablecoin, and enterprise data events.

  • Partner with sales and customer success on positioning, content, case studies, ABM, and field marketing for major fintech accounts. Translate every production customer into a story other fintechs can recognize.

  • Establish measurement and operating cadence. Set marketing OKRs that ladder up to revenue. Build the analytics, attribution, and feedback loops that make marketing legible to the rest of the company.

We’re excited to talk with you if:

  • You’ve led marketing at a high-growth B2B infrastructure, fintech, or developer-tools company, ideally through a stage transition. You’ve owned both brand and pipeline, not just one.

  • You understand fintech buyers. You can speak the language of payments, money movement, compliance, and reliability, and you know how product, engineering, risk, and procurement actually evaluate infrastructure vendors.

  • You’re a clear writer and storyteller. You can take a complex technical product and translate it into a story that lands with a product leader at a payments company, an analyst, and a developer reading Hacker News, in the same week.

  • You’re operationally rigorous. You build systems, dashboards, and processes that scale beyond yourself. You care about the funnel, the metrics, and what marketing actually drove.

  • You’re a strong hiring manager. You can attract senior generalists and high-leverage specialists. People want to work for you, and the bar at every level holds.

  • You move fast. You’d rather ship a sharp V1 this month than a perfect plan next quarter.

  • You’re comfortable working in stablecoins, onchain finance, and the broader fintech infrastructure landscape, or you’ll get there fast.

Bonus points for:

  • You’ve built a marketing function from scratch, or rebuilt one through a major repositioning.

  • You have direct experience marketing into fintechs, banks, payments companies, or financial institutions, and understand how those organizations buy infrastructure.

  • You have a network in fintech media, analyst, and conference circles.

  • You’ve helped a company create or take ownership of a category.

  • You’ve worked across both developer-led bottom-up motions and executive-led top-down enterprise motions, and know how to blend the two,
