Job Description:

Navier is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Mobility to lead our expansion across the broader mobility ecosystem. This leader will drive Navier’s go-to-market strategy, forge transformative partnerships, and unlock new commercial transportation opportunities in water-front cities and coastal regions..

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in strategy, GTM, and new market expansion within the mobility, rideshare, or transportation industries—and combines that with sharp business acumen, deal-structuring expertise, and financial modeling proficiency. This is a leadership role that blends strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead Navier’s mobility strategy, focusing on new market entry, platform adoption, and commercialization opportunities.
  • Identify, negotiate, and close high-impact partnerships across rideshare operators, public transit authorities, and private mobility networks.
  • Develop and execute scalable go-to-market models that bridge commercial and municipal customers.
  • Lead business case development and deal structuring, including pricing, partnership frameworks, and financial modeling.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and executive teams to align market strategy with technology roadmaps.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team to drive business development and market growth.
  • Represent Navier at key mobility and transportation conferences, policy forums, and industry partnerships.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10+ years in mobility, rideshare, or transportation sectors in roles spanning strategy, business development, or market expansion. Consulting and investing in the field is also accepted.
  • Proven success in developing and scaling new markets, including partnerships with major operators or municipalities.
  • Deep understanding of mobility ecosystems—including multimodal networks, public-private partnerships, and fleet operations.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience in deal structuring and financial modeling.
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals ($10M–$25M+).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Passion for sustainable mobility and innovation in transportation technologies.
What we offer:

All our positions offer a compensation package that includes base salary and benefits. Benefits include PTO, Sick Time, 401k and 100% paid Medical, Dental and Vision coverage for the employee.

Navier's pay ranges are informed and defined through professional-grade salary surveys and compensation data sources. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, and the level and scope of the position.
