Join Triptease — Where Travel Tech Meets Impact

At Triptease, we help hotels thrive in a world dominated by OTAs. Through our products, we empower hotels to understand their guests, increase direct revenue, and build meaningful relationships. We’re scaling our partner ecosystem to unlock new growth, better hotel experiences, and more direct revenue for the industry, one trusted relationship at a time.

As we grow, we’re building a Partnerships team to help us scale our reseller ecosystem and create high-impact alliances that drive long-term value.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Partner Success Manager, someone who lives at the intersection of relationships, revenue, and product excellence. You’ll help us take our reseller partners from “signed” to “successful,” ensuring they are enabled, equipped, and empowered to drive repeated revenue growth for both themselves and Triptease.

You’ll be the face of Triptease for partners post-contract, the reason they grow their business with us, and the engine that ensures partner revenue scales sustainably.

What you'll do:

Reseller acquisition, onboarding & enablement

  • Prospect and close contracts with new reseller partners
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new reseller partners
  • Deliver training, playbooks, and enablement content that sets partners up for success
  • Serve as their go-to resource for product, process, and performance questions

Partner Relation Management

  • Build trusted, proactive relationships with partners
  • Drive regular performance reviews and health calls
  • Surface opportunities to increase partner-led revenue
  • Act early on churn signals and provide recovery plans

Drive Reseller Partner Revenue performance

  • Track partner performance against KPIs like Net New MRR, activation velocity, and churn
  • Coordinate with internal teams to unblock partners
  • Partner with Sales to expand revenue within existing contracts

Support Referral Program & Partner Events

  • Work closely with Sales & Events to activate referral partners
  • Support partner-led events and track engagement and follow-ups
  • Ensure proper lead tagging and attribution

Strategic Partner Support

  • Collaborate with Product on partner-related integrations and features
  • Provide insights and feedback from partners to influence product direction
  • Help translate partner needs into commercial outcomes
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
  • Can clearly communicate Triptease’s value proposition for different type of partners
  • Are comfortable in negotiation and get excited by closing multi-year reseller agreements
  • Enable partners continuously to consistently grow their MRR
  • Actively build and use dashboards and health signals partners can act on
  • Reduce partner churn through proactive engagement
  • Help align partner growth with internal product development

This isn’t just a support job. It’s a revenue-driving, partner-shaping, growth-defining role at the heart of our business. This role requires you to be a true people manager, as you will interact with Sales, Events, Product, CS and of course Partners from all over the world. If you’re passionate about helping partners succeed and scaling meaningful relationships that unlock value, we want to hear from you.

Requirements
  • 5+ years in partnerships, account management, customer success, or channel growth roles
  • Strong data communicator - love a good pivot-table
  • Highly organized, completer-finisher
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Analytical thinker, comfortable looking at revenue, churn, and growth metrics

Major bonus
  • Hotel tech background and relationships
  • High engagement with automation and ai tools
  • Demonstrated impact managing partner programs, reseller channels, or GTM ecosystems

Benefits
  • Uncapped commission + stock options
  • 21 days PTO (increases after 1 year)
  • Work from anywhere (within ±3h of ET) + work abroad for 4 weeks/year
  • Pre-tax commuter benefits
  • Health & dental coverage
  • 401(k) with 3% match
  • $68 monthly wellness budget (Ben)
  • $325 annual learning budget
  • Enhanced maternity & paternity
  • Flex for childcare & life events
  • Volunteering day + discovery days + social retreats

  • Get high autonomy with a direct line to impact
  • Be part of early-stage scaling in a high-velocity function
  • Work with smart, supportive, cross-functional teams
  • Build a global partner ecosystem that genuinely moves the business forward
