- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic alliance opportunities across healthcare, technology, AI, analytics, cloud infrastructure, payer, provider, pharmacy, and life sciences markets.

- Lead executive-level sourcing, negotiation, and execution of complex commercial, technology, go-to-market, and strategic partnership agreements.

- Build a multi-year partnership roadmap that expands distribution, strengthens product differentiation, creates new revenue streams, and supports enterprise growth.

- Develop business cases and financial models to assess partnership investments, guide decision-making, and clarify expected commercial and strategic returns.

- Establish and deepen executive relationships with key partners, creating the trust and alignment needed to sustain long-term, mutually beneficial outcomes.

- Create governance frameworks, joint business plans, and success metrics to monitor performance, manage accountability, and optimize the partnership portfolio over time.

- Partner closely with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Corporate Development, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to enable joint selling, integration opportunities, market positioning, forecasting, and compliant deal structures.

- Monitor healthcare technology trends, competitive activity, regulatory developments, and ecosystem shifts to identify new business models and partnership opportunities enabled by AI, interoperability, value-based care, and healthcare data exchange.

- Represent Inovalon with senior external stakeholders at industry conferences, executive forums, customer events, and other strategic market-facing engagements.

What You'll Need

- Demonstrated success negotiating complex, high-value strategic partnerships.

- Strong executive presence with experience influencing C-suite stakeholders.

- Excellent commercial, financial, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Knowledge of value-based care, interoperability standards, healthcare data exchange, AI, and cloud technologies.

- Experience managing relationships with major technology ecosystem partners and consulting organizations.

- Set a clear, forward-looking partnership agenda grounded in market dynamics, Inovalon’s business model, financial drivers, and the evolving healthcare landscape, and translate that strategy into actionable enterprise priorities.

- Build credibility and alignment with executive leadership, cross-functional peers, clients, and strategic partners, using insight, judgment, and relationships to navigate competing priorities and drive decisions.

- Build, develop, and retain high-performing teams and leaders, shaping the organization, culture, and succession needed to scale the partnership function with the business.

- Drive measurable outcomes through disciplined execution, clear goals, defined KPIs, executive dashboards, and operating rhythms that improve pipeline, revenue contribution, adoption, and strategic impact.

- Adapt quickly to change, ambiguity, and shifting market or business conditions while maintaining focus on enterprise priorities and outcomes.

- Apply systems thinking to navigate complex internal and external ecosystems, understand how partnership decisions affect product, sales, compliance, finance, and client outcomes, and make sound trade-offs across competing priorities.

- Nice to have: MBA or advanced business degree.

- Nice to have: Experience working with health plans, provider organizations, pharmacy organizations, or life sciences companies.
