Emergent builds autonomous coding agents that replace traditional software development by generating, testing, and deploying production applications directly from plain-language intent. Our systems run in production at global scale and are used to build millions of real applications.

Since public launch, Emergent has reached $100M ARR in 8 months. 6M+ users across 190+ countries have built 6.5M+ applications on Emergent. We've raised $100M+, backed by Khosla Ventures, SoftBank, Google, Lightspeed, Prosus, Together, and Y Combinator.

We're solving the hard part of AI-driven software creation: correctness, reliability, security, and scale in real production systems. The team is built by repeat founders, Olympiad medalists, IIT & IIM alumni, and leaders from Google, Amazon, and Dropbox.

We're hiring builders who want ownership, speed, and impact at global scale.

The Role
We're hiring a Head of Partnerships to architect and execute our partnership strategy across the US market. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll build GTM flywheels with fast-growing consumer AI platforms, developer tools, and ecosystem partners. You'll forge strategic alliances that drive distribution, unlock new user segments, and create seamless integrations that make Emergent the default choice for millions of creators. You'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to identify category-defining partners, negotiate first-of-their-kind deals, and build the infrastructure for ecosystem-led growth at global scale.
What You'll Do:
  • Architect strategic partnerships with fast-growing consumer AI platforms: Design and build partnership strategy focused on creating powerful GTM flywheels with leading AI and developer-focused platforms. Forge deep alliances with category-defining companies that have large user bases and complementary capabilities.
  • Drive ecosystem-led growth: Create joint value propositions, combined go-to-market strategies, and seamless workflows where users can build applications directly within partner ecosystems—reaching millions of users across complementary platforms.
  • Own the partnership lifecycle: Identify and recruit high-impact partners, negotiate complex agreements, drive onboarding and enablement, and ensure co-marketing and co-selling execution delivers measurable results.
  • Build channel and enterprise partnerships: Establish relationships with select high-impact channel partners, resellers, and strategic platform partners to expand reach into mid-market and enterprise segments.
  • Act as a cross-functional leader: Serve as the voice of the partner ecosystem internally, collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing teams to inform roadmap priorities and unlock joint product opportunities.
  • Establish partnership playbooks: Define scalable processes for partner identification, evaluation, onboarding, and success measurement as we build a world-class partnerships organization.

Who You Are:
  • 8–12 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or ecosystem growth at high-growth tech or SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partnership programs with fast-growing technology companies, including API integrations, co-selling, joint GTM strategies, and ecosystem development.
  • Extensive network at the executive level within the fast-growing consumer AI, developer tools, and no-code/low-code ecosystems, with deep connections to category-defining platforms and their leadership teams.
  • Experienced negotiator: Track record of structuring and closing complex, first-of-their-kind partnership agreements that drive measurable business impact.
  • Product-minded and technical curiosity: Comfortable working with AI/tech products, understanding APIs and integrations, and translating technical capabilities into partnership opportunities.
  • Exceptional executive presence: Able to articulate complex value propositions and influence at the C-suite level, both internally and externally.
  • Builder mentality: Thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and is hands-on in the early stages while building scalable systems for the future.

Why Join Us:
  • Build the partnership engine for one of the fastest-growing AI companies in the world
  • Work directly with founders and leadership to shape category-defining alliances
  • Forge relationships with the most innovative AI and developer platforms
  • Competitive compensation, meaningful equity, and global impact
  • Fast learning, real ownership, and clear path to building a world-class partnerships organization
