Your Mission

The primary goal of this role is to build and scale Mimica’s partner ecosystem into a meaningful revenue driver.

As Head of Partnerships, you will define and execute the strategy to expand market reach through System Integrators, MSPs, and technology partners. This role is central to how Mimica grows, embedding partners into our go-to-market motion to drive pipeline, accelerate deal cycles, and extend our enterprise footprint.

Part of your day-to-day
  • Design and implement Mimica’s partner strategy across key channels (e.g., SIs, MSPs, ISVs).

  • Identify, recruit, and develop high-impact partners that expand distribution and unlock new revenue opportunities.

  • Define how partners engage across the sales cycle, including sourcing, co-selling, and delivery.

  • Build and strengthen executive-level relationships within partner organizations to drive long-term collaboration.

  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to integrate partners into active deals and ensure alignment on incentives and execution.

  • Enable partners with clear positioning, use cases, and repeatable sales motions to drive pipeline and revenue.

  • Establish a scalable operating model, including performance metrics, pipeline tracking, and regular business reviews.

  • Continuously refine the partner approach based on performance, market dynamics, and revenue impact.

What you will bring
  • Proven experience building and scaling partnerships in B2B SaaS, consulting, or enterprise technology environments.

  • Track record of driving measurable revenue through partners, not just managing relationships.

  • Strong understanding of how System Integrators and consulting partners operate and monetize.

  • Experience working with complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments.

  • Ability to design commercially sound partnership models that scale.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership, particularly with sales and go-to-market teams.

  • High level of ownership, autonomy, and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

What success looks like
  • A clearly defined and adopted partner model integrated into Mimica’s GTM motion.

  • Strong pipeline and revenue contribution from partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals.

  • Productive, scalable partnerships across key channels.

  • Consistent engagement between sales and partners across active opportunities.

  • A repeatable operating cadence with clear performance visibility and accountability.
