Go-to-Market & Co-Sell Execution

  • Build and operationalize partner-led GTM and co-sell motions in close collaboration with sales, product, and engineering.

  • Launch multi-partner solutions and joint offerings that integrate Archetype AI into partner platforms and enterprise workflows.

  • Source and influence pipeline in close collaboration with the Sales team, owning accountability for partner-sourced pipeline, customer wins, and expansion.

  • Establish, track, and consistently exceed quarterly partner-driven KPIs and revenue targets.

Cloud & Platform Partnerships

  • Own relationships with cloud service providers, including solution positioning, technical alignment, and joint customer engagement.

  • Support early marketplace strategies, solution packaging, and deployment models aligned to enterprise buying motions.

Executive Leadership & Team Building

  • Serve as the executive owner for senior-level partner relationships, including governance, joint planning, and long-term strategic alignment.

  • Represent Archetype AI externally with partners, customers, and ecosystem leaders, and support fundraising conversations or board updates.

  • Establish the foundational partnerships operating model and build scalable onboarding, enablement, and certification programs.

  • As the company continues to scale in the future, hire and develop a small, high-impact partnerships team while maintaining strong cross-functional alignment.
