  • A strong people partner and exceptional communicator who can influence across all levels, especially with founders and hiring leads.
  • A strong leader and coach, able to uplevel a small recruiting team while leading by example.
  • A hands-on operator with grit; you source, recruit, and close directly.
  • Deeply understands the startup talent landscape, knows where to find the best people and how to attract them at our stage.
  • A closer, skilled at pitching candidates and navigating competitive offers.
  • A collaborator, loves working with hiring managers and helping them prioritize and streamline hiring.
  • A systems thinker, builds repeatable, efficient recruiting workflows from the ground up.
  • A storyteller and brand ambassador who helps shape how the outside world sees Stellic as a place to grow.
