MaxIQ is building the industry's first revenue AI platform, transforming how B2B SaaS companies manage customer journeys-from acquisition to revenue optimization. As pioneers of the Agentic AI-driven Customer Journey Platform, we are creating a new and essential category in enterprise SaaS.

Role Overview
The Head of Product Management will lead MaxIQ’s entire product organization, setting the product vision, strategy, and driving execution across the company. This role reports directly to the CTO, working closely with executive leadership to ensure product initiatives are aligned with MaxIQ’s business objectives and technical direction

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision and long-term strategy for MaxIQ’s AI-driven customer journey platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership, creativity, and execution excellence.
  • Partner with the CTO and other executive leaders to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and shape the product roadmap.
  • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach by synthesizing feedback from customers, stakeholders, and market trends to inform product direction and innovation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, QE, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver high- quality, timely product releases.
  • Establish and track key product metrics to measure success, inform decisions, and optimize for business impact.
  • Represent MaxIQ’s product vision externally with customers, partners, and at industry events.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (Director or Head of Product) within SaaS or B2B technology companies.
  • Proven track record of setting product vision, building and scaling product teams, and launching category-defining products.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS ecosystems and product lifecycle management.
  • Strong background in software development and/or program management is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for solving complex challenges in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire teams, drive execution, and deliver results in startup or scale-up settings.
