We are hiring a Head of Product Marketing & Enablement, Strategy, Planning & Business Operations. This role sets the operating rhythm behind how Snowflake positions its AI Data Cloud to the market and equips the field to sell it, turning fragmented plans into a coherent strategy that connects product marketing priorities to enablement outcomes and measurable business results.

AS A HEAD OF PRODUCT MARKETING & ENABLEMENT, STRATEGY, PLANNING & BUSINESS OPERATIONS AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:
  • Own the strategy and annual planning cycle for Product Marketing and Enablement, translating Snowflake AI Data Cloud priorities into a clear set of goals, investments, and success metrics for the team.

  • Define operational metrics for how new capabilities perform at Launch, ensuring marketing and enablement move in lockstep.

  • Build the operating cadence for the function: goal setting, business reviews, resource allocation, and decision forums that keep leaders aligned on what matters most.

  • Establish the framework that connects product marketing and enablement activity to pipeline influence, launch performance, and field adoption.

  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Revenue Operations leaders to resolve cross-functional trade-offs and drive decisions that improve go-to-market execution.

  • Bring an AI-native operating model to the function, using AI-assisted workflows to accelerate planning, reporting, and insight generation.

OUR IDEAL HEAD OF PRODUCT MARKETING & ENABLEMENT, STRATEGY, PLANNING & BUSINESS OPERATIONS WILL HAVE:
  • 10+ years of experience across product marketing, enablement, GTM strategy, or business operations, ideally in enterprise software or cloud data platforms.

  • A track record of owning strategy and planning at scale, influencing senior stakeholders and driving decisions across product and go-to-market organizations.

  • Deep experience shaping enablement or product marketing programs that measurably improved field performance.

  • Strong structured problem framing: the ability to take ambiguous, cross-functional problems and turn them into clear plans and measurable outcomes.

  • Fluency in the metrics and operating mechanics of a go-to-market organization, including pipeline, launch performance, and field adoption.

  • Proficiency with analytics and business planning tools as supporting capabilities, not the definition of the role, along with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

BONUS POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING:
  • Experience marketing or enabling AI, machine learning, or data platform products.

  • Hands-on use of GenAI and Cortex AI style workflows to automate planning, reporting, or content generation.

  • Experience operating in a high-growth, fast-scaling GTM organization.

  • Background bridging product marketing and revenue or sales operations.

WHY JOIN OUR TEAM AT SNOWFLAKE?

Snowflake is redefining how the world's enterprises put data and AI to work, and the go-to-market strategy behind that mission is one of the most consequential and visible functions in the company. In this role you sit at the intersection of product marketing, enablement, and business operations, with the mandate to shape strategy and the influence to see it executed. You will work alongside leaders who value clear thinking, move quickly, and reward the people who bring order and momentum to complex, high-stakes decisions.

Success in this role is measured not by outputs delivered, but by decisions influenced and outcomes improved.
