Role Overview

We are looking for a strong operator to lead and grow our Product Operations function. This is a head of level role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, process, and people: a builder who can establish scalable systems and bring the rigor, metrics, and discipline needed to make product operations run efficiently and consistently.

What You'll Do
  • Build and Scale a High-Performing Product Operations Function. You will own the product operations function, designing the systems, processes, and team structures that allow us to ship products with speed and precision. You will define clear standards across the product delivery lifecycle, from intake and prioritization through deployment and customer handoff and build the team to hit those standards consistently. This means hiring and developing strong operators, establishing clear cadences, and driving tight alignment between product, engineering, and go-to-market functions.

  • Bring Metrics and Rigor to How We Operate. You will build and maintain the performance framework that governs how the product operations team works day to day. This includes defining and tracking the KPIs that matter: delivery velocity, prioritization health, cross-functional alignment, and operational efficiency. You will identify gaps in current processes, drive continuous improvement, and ensure that data not instinct drives decision-making.

  • Partner Cross-Functionally to Drive Impact. You will work closely with Product leadership to surface insights that feed into the product roadmap and ensure the voice of the customer is embedded in how we build. You will also collaborate with engineering, go-to-market, and customer success teams to ensure operational capabilities scale alongside product growth.

This is a high-impact role with real scope to shape how we operate. You will have the authority and resources to build something meaningful:a product operations function that becomes a genuine competitive advantage and working alongside a senior leadership team deeply invested in operational excellence and product quality.

What You Have
  • Experience and Background. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of experience in a combination of business operations, management consulting, or B2B software. You have led operations teams with a track record of improving operational performance at scale. Experience working closely with or embedded within a product organization is strongly preferred.

  • Operator Mindset with Strategic Range. You think in systems and build for scale. You are equally comfortable diving into a broken process as you are presenting an operational strategy to senior leadership. You bring a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving and know how to move fast and make pragmatic decisions in ambiguous environments. You use AI to automate and drive efficiency.

  • Data-Driven Leadership. You don't manage by feel. You build measurement frameworks, instrument operations for visibility, and use data to drive accountability and improvement. Experience standing up or improving operational dashboards, OKR frameworks, or milestone tracking systems is a strong plus.

  • Team Builder. You have hired, developed, and scaled operations teams. You know how to identify talent, build culture, and create the conditions for a team to do its best work. You lead by example and are known for raising the bar.
