Role Overview :
The Head of Product UX Design will lead the entire UX function at MaxIQ, setting the vision and strategy for user experience across our AI-powered SaaS platform. This role reports directly to the CTO, working closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other stakeholders to deliver intuitive, elegant, and impactful experiences that empower users and differentiate MaxIQ in the market
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate a compelling UX vision and strategy aligned with MaxIQ’s product and business goals.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing UX team, fostering a culture of creativity, ownership, and design excellence.
- Oversee the end-to-end user experience across all MaxIQ products, ensuring consistency, usability, and accessibility.
- Lead the design of modern, user-centric interfaces for SaaS-based products, incorporating best practices in interaction and visual design
- Collaborate with Product Management to translate business and customer requirements into intuitive, effective design solutions.
- Partner with Engineering and QE teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs, maintaining high standards of quality and user satisfaction.
- Establish and refine UX processes, methodologies, and best practices to enable rapid iteration and continuous improvement.
- Gather and synthesize user feedback, analytics, and market trends to inform design decisions and drive innovation.
- Advocate for the user at every stage of the product development lifecycle, ensuring that customer needs and pain points are addressed.
- Represent MaxIQ’s UX vision externally with customers, partners, and at industry events.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of UX design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (Lead, Head, or Director of UX) within SaaS or B2B technology companies.
- Proven track record of designing modern user interfaces for SaaS-based products and delivering world-class digital experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing complex, data-driven platforms.
- Deep understanding of design thinking, user-centered design principles, and the SaaS ecosystem.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments.
