THE ROLE
We’re seeking a Head of Provider Growth to own marketing, sourcing, vetting, and onboarding of our elite dual-certified coaches (personal trainers + registered dietitians).
This senior, cross-functional leadership role spans operations, product, marketing, and people management. You’ll shape the supply-side engine of Kickoff, ensuring that clients have access to the best experts in the world.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Grow top-of-funnel coach acquisition:
- Build and execute recruitment and marketing strategies to attract the best talent.
Scale and optimize our provider network:
- Recruit, vet, credential, and onboard large numbers of qualified coaches.
- Craft the best-in-class coach experience to maximize engagement, retention, and availability for clients.
Lead and inspire teams:
- Manage and grow a team of coach managers, interviewers, and operations staff.
- Design and refine SOPs to create a seamless, scalable supply system.
- Foster a vibrant, connected coach community.
Drive product and process improvements:
- Partner with product and engineering teams to shape features that delight candidates and coaches.
- Identify data-driven improvements through metrics, feedback, and experimentation.
Play a key leadership role:
- Contribute to company-wide strategy as a member of the leadership team.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Supply-side or SMB growth experience: Marketing, product-led growth, and conversion optimization expertise.
- Product and operational chops: Able to design and optimize processes, collaborate with tech teams, and bring ideas from concept to execution.
- Data fluency: Comfortable using metrics, surveys, and SQL (with AI assistance) to drive prioritization and decisions.
- Startup mindset: You’re an owner—comfortable with ambiguity, scrappy testing, rapid iteration, and big swings.
- Mission-driven energy: You’re passionate about health, wellness, and making an impact.
- Collaborative spirit: Excited to work in person
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in healthcare, provider networks, and/or recruitment/marketing.
