What you’ll ownRevenue Operations strategy, processes, systems, reporting, and governance
Salesforce administration, optimization, data quality, and governance
Pipeline management, forecasting, territories, quotas, and sales analytics
Sales commissions, incentives, and variable compensation calculations
Partner commissions, referral fees, and revenue-share calculations
Deal desk, commercial operations, and cross-functional approval workflows
Executive dashboards, KPIs, revenue reporting, and operating cadences
Revenue technology, automation, and scalable process improvements
What we’re looking for
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Finance Operations, or a related field
3+ years owning a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or comparable function
Strong, hands-on Salesforce expertise, including reporting, dashboards, workflows, and data governance
Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, commissions, and revenue reporting
Advanced spreadsheet and analytical skills with strong financial and commercial judgment
Ability to operate strategically while staying close to systems, data, reporting, and calculations
Confidence partnering directly with senior executives and cross-functional teams
Important: This position is based in New York City and requires full-time, in-person attendance. It is not a remote or hybrid role.
