We're looking for our first Head of Revenue Operations to build the operational foundation that scales with us. You'll own the GTM tech stack, our data infrastructure, and revenue analytics — and build a team around you as we grow. Central to this role is architecting an agentic foundation for our business: designing and deploying AI agents that automate and amplify our GTM function at scale. This is a greenfield role with direct access to leadership and immediate impact.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Forecasting & Pipeline Analytics —
  • Own the forecasting model and run weekly pipeline reviews with sales and leadership.
  • Build dashboards for real-time visibility into funnel health, conversion, and revenue trends.
  • Surface insights that drive decisions, not just report the numbers.

Agentic GTM Foundation
  • Design and build the AI agent layer that powers and scales our GTM function.
  • Own the full lifecycle — from identifying automation opportunities to deploying production-grade agents leveraged across the sales org.
  • Build toward a scaled fleet of agents that replace manual, repeatable GTM work.
Sales Ops Partnership
  • Partner with Sales Ops to ensure data integrity supports your forecasting and agent work.
  • Define reporting requirements and pipeline stage logic that feed your models.

Requirements
  • 2–4 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely related function.
  • Demonstrated ownership of forecasting models and pipeline analytics, built from scratch — not inherited.
  • Hands-on experience with comp plan design or administration, including quota modeling.
  • Proven experience building AI agents — whether with Claude, other LLM APIs, or turnkey agentic platforms — with a default instinct to automate and scale through AI.
  • B2B software background, ideally at a sales-led company between Series A–C.
  • Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity; you've navigated early-stage environments before.

Benefits
  • Strategic ownership from day one.
  • Direct access to leadership.
  • Competitive comp package Equity, comprehensive benefits, and flexible work policy.
