About Teton

Teton is building the foundational data layer for the point of care, using real-time, multimodal AI to generate a digital twin of the patient and care environment. Our product alleviates administrative inefficiencies and observational tasks that overburden healthcare professionals, enabling them to provide better patient care.

Through a combination of in-room hardware, AI, and desktop and mobile applications, Teton helps create a seamless healthcare experience for both patients and providers. Our solution provides unprecedented access to real-time data insights, creating a digital twin of resident states and care delivery that empowers healthcare providers with actionable intelligence for optimal decision-making.

With strong demand and clear product-market fit, Teton now operates in more than eight countries across multiple care verticals, from senior living and care homes to skilled nursing and hospital systems - and we continue to expand. This is a rare opportunity to own the systems, data, and processes behind a multi-country, multi-vertical go-to-market engine, and to build the foundation that scales it.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Director of Revenue Operations will own Teton's end-to-end GTM infrastructure across Marketing, Business Development, Account Management, and Customer Success.

What You'll Be Responsible For
  • GTM systems & data: Own the revenue tech stack (HubSpot, enablement, enrichment and AI tools), automation, integrations, and data hygiene, so every team, territory, and vertical works from a single source of truth.

  • Revenue analytics & forecasting: Build forecasts across territories and verticals based on what actually drives revenue (pipeline, conversion rates, rep capacity), track pipeline health, show which marketing and sales activities generate revenue, and report accurately to the board, flagging risks early.

  • Territories, quotas & comp design: Design territory structures and account coverage across countries, verticals, and segments; model capacity and headcount plans; set quotas; and build incentive plans aligned to enterprise SaaS-plus-hardware economics and a land-and-expand motion.

  • Deal desk & commercial operations: Design and enforce scalable processes for pricing governance, exception handling, and contracting workflows. Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to support complex multi-site enterprise deals, and public tenders.

  • Revenue lifecycle & operating cadence: Establish shared definitions, SLAs, and handoffs across Marketing, Business Development, Account Management, and Customer Success. Act as the glue between Marketing, Sales, and Customer leadership, keeping MQL/SQL standards, pipeline hygiene, renewals and expansion contracts, and the weekly and quarterly operating rhythm on track.

  • New vertical & market launches: Stand up the GTM infrastructure for each new vertical and country (segmentation, target account models, reporting, and comp) so new teams are productive from day one.

  • Team & process scaling: Build and lead the RevOps function, standardize playbooks across territories, and drive continuous improvement across GTM.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 7+ years in GTM or Revenue Operations at B2B SaaS companies, including at least one startup where you set the RevOps strategy, laid the foundations and systems from scratch, and scaled them through Series B and beyond.

  • Education: Degree in an analytics-heavy discipline (STEM, economics, computer science) or equivalent experience.

  • Stack architect & data owner: Admin-level HubSpot/CRM expertise, with the ability to scale it into a global, enterprise-grade system across multiple countries, currencies, and business lines through governance, automation, and integration with sales, marketing, and CS tools.

  • Forecasting & revenue analytics: A track record of improving forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene, building exec and board dashboards, and showing which marketing and sales activities actually generate pipeline and revenue. Fluent in ARR, NRR, and conversion metrics across a land-and-expand model.

  • Coverage, quotas & incentives: Experience designing territories and capacity models, setting quotas, and building comp plans for long enterprise cycles and hybrid SaaS-plus-hardware economics, ideally across multiple countries and segments.

  • Multi-market complexity: Experience supporting a GTM organization that sells into several verticals or countries, each with distinct buyers, sales cycles, and pricing.

  • Change leadership: Proven ability to drive adoption by codifying processes, shipping concise playbooks, training teams, and iterating based on data-observed friction.

  • AI-literate toolset: Pragmatic use of AI and automation to boost precision, personalization, and productivity, without sacrificing quality.

  • Bonus: Experience in healthcare technology, senior living, or hardware-enabled SaaS.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary and participation in our warrant program.

  • A career-defining opportunity to shape the revenue engine of a category-defining AI company.

  • Work with state-of-the-art technology in a pioneering field.

  • A vibrant, learning-focused work environment.

  • 401(k) plan, paid time off, and health, dental, and vision insurance.

What It's Like Working at Teton

We're a growing team of extremely hard-working and talented people. The learning curves are steep, and expanding your skill set is not just encouraged, it's expected. It's a hands-on environment where you'll be challenged, supported, and constantly learning.

We are looking for people who believe in our long-term vision and value ownership and entrepreneurship rather than just another 9-5 job. With us you will have an opportunity to make an impact on the world with the outcomes of your work. So, if you are looking for a ride and not just a job, jump on board.
