About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to build and scale the engine that powers our go-to-market organization. This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for aligning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive predictable, efficient revenue growth.
You’ll partner closely with the VP of Sales and GTM leadership to define strategy, implement systems, and build the operational foundation needed to scale from early traction to repeatable growth.
You'd be a great fit, if you have:
- 5–12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment (Series A–C strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of building and scaling RevOps functions from early stages
- Deep expertise in CRM systems (Hubspot) and GTM tech stacks
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy
- Experience supporting complex, consultative sales motions (healthcare a plus)
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
- Comfort operating both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
