What You'll Do- Lead Revenue Operations for Aidaly’s proprietary financial systems across all markets.
- Own the end-to-end strategy for caregiver payouts, payer collections, cash reconciliation, and financial compliance.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to automate payment flows and reporting infrastructure.
- Own state and national-level integrations with core government infrastructure.
- Develop dashboards and tools for real-time visibility into cash performance, AR, and revenue recognition.
- Optimize operational processes to maximize caregiver cashflow and improve internal payment operations efficiency.
RequirementsWho You Are
- 5+ years in revenue operations, payments operations, or similar.
- Experience scaling payment operations for multi-state or national organizations.
- Hands on knowledge of how money flows from federal to state and local organizations.
- Comfortable interpreting policy and regulatory literature and contributing to policy advocacy.
- Highly detail-oriented and data-driven; calm under pressure and focused in chaos.
- Complete domain ownerships with little to no direction or oversight. Confident reporting to CEO or Board.
- Willing to work in person from our San Francisco office 3x week.
