SentiLink supports a variety of ways to work, ranging from fully remote to in-office. We operate as a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office.
Role:As the Head of Solutions Analytics, you'll lead a team of business analysts and data scientists who are deeply embedded in SentiLink's sales process and our partner relationships. At SentiLink, earning the trust of prospects and customers (whom we refer to internally as partners) starts with a compelling, data-driven business case, and your team is responsible for building it.
The Solutions Analytics team consumes a prospect's pilot data and delivers a rigorous retro study, while supporting existing partners with ad-hoc analytical needs. The team is responsible for constructing and presenting compelling analytical stories to both technical and executive audiences. You'll own and expand this mandate: deepening our consultative work with partners, building out analytical hooks to generate early-stage pipeline, and further expanding the ways in which we leverage analytics across the company.
You're a hands-on leader who pairs analytical judgment with exceptional communication skills, and who builds trusted relationships as a coach, mentor, and strategic partner, both internally and externally.
This is a remote, US-based role.
Responsibilities:Partner with account executives on discovery, and meet with partners to shape fraud and identity strategies that mitigate risk.
Translate analysis into compelling, executive-ready narratives and presentations aligned to the value of the proposed solution.
Act as the analytical and technical thought partner to the sales team, ensuring alignment with each partner's needs.
Build, coach, and scale the Solutions Analytics team, establishing best practices and raising the bar across the group.
Expand the team's scope beyond pre-sales retros into pipeline analytics and deeper, ongoing partner consulting.
Design and execute analysis for white papers and other industry materials — surfacing relevant insights, such as emerging fraud tactics, and collaborating on publishing.
Develop and maintain durable, trusted relationships with partners over the full lifecycle.
8+ years of total professional experience, including 5+ years of people management
A background in consulting, financial services, analytics, and/or a high-growth startup environment.
A track record of leading teams and developing talent, with the executive presence to influence senior stakeholders.
Strong data and analytics fundamentals, with the judgment to know which analysis matters and the storytelling skill to make it land.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to present complex business cases in a clear, accessible way.
Comfort with ambiguity, a bias toward driving work independently, and a quick-learner mindset.
Genuine enthusiasm for becoming an expert on financial services, fraud, and identity.
Exposure to a sales or commercial environment, and a consultative approach to working with partners.
A bachelor's degree (any field); an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Fluency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides; hands-on comfort with SQL and/or Python is a plus.
