The result: real value for suppliers, better outcomes for buyers, and a marketplace that grows sustainably over the long term.

This is a highly strategic and cross-functional role. You’ll work across product, growth, supplier experience, and customer success - connecting the dots to unlock marketplace potential. You’ll engage with senior leaders, shape segment-specific strategies, and lead programs from concept to execution.

Your role in our beehive:

  • End-to-End Supplier Experience Leadership: Define and lead the supplier experience function across onboarding, activation, and long-term value realization.
  • Operational Support Management: Oversee global supplier support workflows, set and manage SLAs, and partner with engineering and support teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Onboarding & Lifecycle Enablement: Design clear, scalable journeys that help suppliers onboard successfully and unlock value throughout their lifecycle.
  • Account Health & Risk Reduction: Build tools and playbooks to proactively monitor supplier engagement, mitigate risks, and reduce churn through timely interventions.
  • Voice of the Supplier: Analyze support tickets, feedback trends, and platform usage to advocate for supplier needs and drive continuous improvement.

What you bring to our beehive:

  • 8+ years in supplier success, customer experience, or post-sales operations
  • Experience building and scaling teams across both reactive and proactive supplier workstreams
  • Proven track record of driving retention through onboarding and lifecycle programs
  • Strong grasp of tooling, automation, and key metrics (SLA, CSAT, time-to-value)
  • Analytical mindset with comfort digging into dashboards and supplier usage data
  • Clear communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional decisions
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal structure
  • Bonus: Experience in a Post-Merger Integration environment

What success looks like:

  • A trusted, high-performing supplier experience team that delivers both rapid issue resolution and long-term success guidance
  • A clear, scalable onboarding and lifecycle framework with measurable impact on supplier retention and monetization
  • Reduced time-to-value and lower churn through proactive engagement and health monitoring
  • High supplier satisfaction and CSAT, supported by continuous operational and product feedback loops
  • Strong cross-functional alignment with product, growth, and commercial teams to champion the supplier voice and drive improvements across the journey

What's in it for you?

  • Opportunity to help shape the world’s biggest procurement network
  • Work cross-functionally with top talent across GTM, product, and platform teams
  • Competitive compensation and wellness budgets
  • Remote-flexible, mission-driven culture committed to better global procurement

We'd love to hear from you!

At Scoutbee, we value personality, curiosity, and cultural fit more than perfect qualifications. If you’re unsure whether you tick every box, that’s okay. Imposter syndrome and self-doubt are real, but they shouldn’t hold you back. We believe not knowing everything can be a strength. It creates space for growth, learning, and fresh perspectives. We're here to support and learn from each other as we grow together.
