Who We Are

Hyperbolic Labs is on a mission to democratize AI by breaking down the barriers to computing power with our Open-Access AI Cloud. By aggregating computing resources across the globe, we offer an innovative GPU marketplace and AI inference service that promise affordability and accessibility for all. As pioneers at the intersection of AI and open-source technology, we believe in an open future where AI innovation is limited only by imagination, not by access to resources. We're looking for forward-thinking individuals who share our passion for making AI universally accessible, secure, and affordable. Join us in building a platform that empowers innovators everywhere to turn their visionary AI projects into reality.

As we prepare for growth after our Series A, our team — led by co-founders with PhDs in AI, Math, and Computer Science — is poised to redefine computing.

About the Role

We're seeking a Head of Supply to build and scale the GPU supply side of Hyperbolic's marketplace. This is a relationships-first role where your existing connections with data centers, NeoClouds, and GPU suppliers are your most valuable asset. You'll be responsible for onboarding a large number of NeoCloud providers to our platform, sourcing GPU capacity through your network, and ensuring we always have the supply needed to meet customer demand. This isn't a traditional supply chain role—we're looking for someone who knows the GPU landscape intimately, has direct relationships with suppliers, and can pick up the phone to find capacity when needed.

You will manage ongoing supplier relationships, maintain accurate inventory and pricing data, process reserve deals by matching customer requests with the right suppliers, and work closely with our sales team to rapidly respond to "Can you find me X GPUs?" requests. You'll ensure our scaling limit is demand, not supply availability. This role combines supplier relationship management, deal sourcing, and technical understanding of GPU infrastructure—requiring someone who can talk technical details with engineers while building deep partnerships with data center operators.

Who You Are

  • Established relationships with data centers, NeoClouds, and GPU suppliers with a proven track record of sourcing GPU capacity directly

  • Deep knowledge of the GPU landscape including where capacity exists, key players in the market, and how to access underutilized resources

  • Experience sourcing from multiple NeoClouds or data centers, or similar GPU aggregators

  • Technical background or strong technical understanding that enables engineer-to-engineer conversations about infrastructure and GPU specifications

  • Proven ability to build and maintain supplier relationships, onboard new partners, and manage ongoing account dynamics

  • Strong deal-making and negotiation skills with ability to match customer needs with supplier capabilities

  • Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory data, pricing information, and supplier engagement across 70-100+ providers

  • Ability to move quickly and respond to urgent capacity requests from sales and customers

  • Strong communication skills for coordinating between suppliers, internal teams, and customers

  • Demonstrated stability in previous roles with commitment to building long-term relationships and infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience at GPU aggregators, cloud marketplaces, or companies managing multi-supplier GPU networks

  • Existing relationships with major NeoCloudsKnowledge of bare metal data center operations and capacity planning

  • Understanding of GPU types, specifications, and use cases for AI/ML workloads

  • Experience with supplier onboarding processes, inventory management systems, and pricing dynamics

  • Track record of scaling supplier networks from tens to hundreds of partners

  • Background in high-growth startups or marketplaces where supply availability was a key constraint

Hyperbolic is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
