About you
As our Head of Tech Data, you will be a senior member of the Tech Leadership team, responsible for defining and driving HiBob's Tech Data strategy across the organization.
This is a foundational leadership role . You will shape how data works across our technology organization, from principles and operating model to tooling, metrics, and ways of working . You will assess our current state, identify the most meaningful gaps and risks, and define where data can create the greatest leverage for our teams and products.
You will operate comfortably at both the strategic and execution levels, influencing leadership decisions, aligning senior stakeholders, and getting hands on when needed. You will lead the creation of standards , frameworks, and best practices that scale and have lasting impact, while working closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and the broader Data organization

Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Data Product, Analytics, BI, or related roles.
- 7+ years owning data domains, analytics products, and company critical KPIs in senior data roles.
- 5+ Proven experience managing and developing data professionals, with the ability to scale teams and practices over time.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with deep expertise in data modeling , semantic layers, and metric design, and a track record of solving complex problems .
- Experience with modern data stacks and BI tools such as Snowflake, Looker, Tableau, or similar.
- Experience building analytics or AI enabled products on top of data platforms.
- Hands on experience with data warehousing , ETL or ELT processes, and relational and non relational databases.
- Experience working in B2B SaaS environments.
- Strong communicator and influencer , able to align stakeholders across teams.
- Experience driving culture change around data ownership and usage.
- Results oriented , hands on, and accountable.
- Fluent English & Hebrew proficiency, written and spoken.
It Will Be Great If You Have:
- Experience in HR, Payroll , with an understanding of people data and compliance complexity.
- Exposure to large scale SaaS architectures, including microservices, APIs, and integrations.
Background in software development , with hands on experience working closely with engineering teams and systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Product Analytics team within Tech.
- Define and own the Tech Data strategy, shaping how data supports decision making across the organization.
- Act as the strategic and technical authority for Tech Data, assessing current practices and setting the operating model, infrastructure, standards, and roadmap.
- Establish clear ownership and governance for Tech Data to ensure consistency, quality, and trust.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Design, and Data to embed data into every stage of the development lifecycle.
- Drive innovation in Tech Data, including the use of AI to enable faster and more scalable analytics.
- Establish Tech Data metrics and reporting that give leadership visibility and support clear, actionable decisions.
- Own the lifecycle of data products, from discovery and modeling through KPI definition, adoption, and maintenance.
- Define and own company critical KPIs, ensuring consistency across dashboards and AI driven outputs.
- Ensure data products are trusted, scalable, and used to drive measurable business impact.
