Responsibilities
- Crypto wallet product owner role, offer industry wide leading CEX crypto deposit withdraw safekeep service.
- Oversee daily operations of exchange wallets, including deposits, withdrawals.
- Monitor blockchain transactions to ensure timely processing and resolve delays or failures
- Maintain operational uptime of exchange wallets
- Coordinate and complete network upgrades, token events and testing with no issues
- Monitor Internal Alerts and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties to react to incidents and implement safeguards.
- Continuously review existing risk and controls to prevent potential future impact to the firm or users
- Review internal processes and simplify or automate processes to enhance efficiency and users experience
- Analyze competitor product and industry trends to identify potential product/process enhancements
- Work with Customer Support to resolve wallet-related user inquiries
- Drive the strategy and partner with Stakeholders across various departments to solve customer pain-points and enhance our product user experience
- Communicate and collaborate with regulators, auditors and external parties
- Drive the CEX business growth strategy and develop/integrate new products to increase market share

Requirements
- 5+ years in crypto wallet operations, blockchain infrastructure, or a related role
- 8+ years of experience in Product/Operations Management
- Familiarity with various blockchain technologies notwithstanding EVM, Polkadot, Cosmos, etc.
- Familiarity with on-chain analysis tools, DeFi protocols, and new projects
- Familiarity with wallet infrastructure such as nodes, signing services and wallet custody models (Hardware wallet, MPC, HSM, KSM, Embedded Custody)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm in pressure situations and make clear decisions with thorough impact analysis
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 crypto environment, passionate and self starter
- Tradfi experience in Issuer Services & Custody is a plus
