Employees within a 90-minute radius of our Oak Brook, IL headquarters are required to adhere to the company in-office work guidelines of 4 days per month minimum from 10 am to 2 pm (1 of the 4 days must be a Monday or Friday).

Job Summary & Responsibilities
This role is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Non-Discrimination Testing across assigned platforms. This role ensures compliance with IRS regulations by coordinating annual testing, validating data accuracy, identifying potential risks, and partnering with internal teams and clients to resolve testing issues.
The individual in this role leads the end-to-end testing process, maintains all related policies and procedures, provides guidance on regulatory requirements, and supports continuous improvement of testing workflows. This position is accountable for timely, accurate, and compliant test execution and acts as the primary subject-matter expert on Non-Discrimination Testing for both internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Oversee the full Non-Discrimination Testing (NDT) program, ensuring all testing activities comply with IRS Section 125, 105(h), and applicable ERISA regulations.
  • Maintain deep subject-matter expertise on NDT rules, regulatory updates, and compliance requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and update all NDT policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Ensure accurate, timely completion of annual testing cycles for all assigned clients.
  • Collaborate with Account Management to support client inquiries and ensure alignment on testing timelines and deliverables.
  • Participate in ongoing training and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and member satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate the integrity and discretion necessary to safeguard confidential data at all times, ensuring compliance with privacy standards and company policies during the normal performance of job duties.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Typical schedule for this position is 8 a.m. CT to 5 p.m. CT.
Preferred Qualifications
Education & Experience:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 3-5 years of experience in medical billing, insurance, or health services preferred.
  • Knowledge of relevant state and federal regulations (Section 125, 105, 132; ERISA; HIPAA; FMLA; HSA; COBRA) is beneficial.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly.

  • High attention to accuracy and efficiency in all tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Eagerness to learn and apply new concepts quickly

Other Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Due to fluctuating workloads, the candidate may be requested to work overtime beyond standard business hours (after 5:00 PM) or on weekends (Saturday or Sunday).

Compensation & Benefits
$30.30/hr-$33.00/hr
