As we continue to expand across the United States, we are growing our Recruiting team to support large-scale hiring initiatives for field-based retail and marketing programs.

Position Overview

Agile Retail is seeking a highly motivated contract High-Volume Field Marketing & Retail Recruiter (2–3 months) to lead full-cycle recruiting for customer-facing roles across multiple markets and territories nationwide.

This position is responsible for managing high-volume hiring campaigns for roles such as Product Specialists, Market Coaches and Area Manager positions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and has a proven ability to attract, engage, and hire top talent at scale.

Success in this role requires strong sourcing skills, excellent candidate engagement, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to move candidates efficiently through the hiring process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding.

  • Support high-volume hiring initiatives across multiple territories and markets simultaneously.

  • Conduct virtual interviews, and candidate assessments.

  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, leadership capabilities, and cultural fit.

  • Maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.

Field Marketing & Retail Recruitment

  • Build talent pipelines for Product Specialists, Market Coaches, and Area Managers.

  • Identify candidates with experience in retail sales, field marketing, consumer products, wireless, hospitality, customer service, and experiential marketing.

  • Develop market-specific recruiting strategies to meet hiring targets and launch timelines.

Sourcing & Talent Attraction

  • Source active and passive candidates through Indeed, ATS databases, referrals, networking, social media, and industry-specific platforms.

  • Execute high-volume outreach campaigns to generate candidate interest.

  • Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs.

Candidate Experience

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

  • Deliver a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience.

  • Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and facilitate offer discussions.

  • Maintain timely communication regarding application status and next steps.

Hiring Manager Partnership

  • Partner closely with hiring managers, field leaders, and operational stakeholders.

  • Conduct intake meetings to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.

  • Provide market insights, candidate feedback, and recruiting recommendations.

  • Ensure alignment on candidate quality, hiring timelines, and recruitment priorities.

Qualifications

Required

  • 2-3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume recruiting environments.

  • Experience recruiting for field marketing, retail, sales, merchandising, hospitality, customer service, or consumer-facing roles.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and hiring priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong sourcing experience utilizing Indeed, ATS platforms, and other recruiting tools.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment reporting.

Preferred

  • Experience recruiting for field sales, retail operations, merchandising, brand ambassador, or experiential marketing programs.

  • Experience supporting multi-location, multi-state, or territory-based hiring initiatives.

  • Background in staffing, agency recruiting, retail recruiting, or field operations recruitment.

  • Experience supporting rapid growth or large-scale hiring campaigns.
