A fast-growing education technology company is looking for a Head of Sales to build and scale its enterprise sales organization as it expands adoption of its AI-powered learning platform across higher education. You'll lead a growing team of Account Executives and BDRs selling to senior academic leadership who are actively exploring how AI can responsibly support teaching and learning. This is a builder's role: you'll own revenue outcomes while establishing the playbook, systems, and forecasting discipline the organization needs for predictable, repeatable growth. We're looking for a sales leader who combines deep higher-ed sales experience with a proven track record of scaling teams, strong operational rigor, and a genuine motivation to improve outcomes in higher education.

If you have…

  • 8-12+ years of enterprise or consultative sales experience in EdTech
  • Proven success selling to senior academic leadership (Provosts, VPs of Academic Affairs, Deans, or Presidents)
  • Demonstrated experience building, coaching, and leading a high-performing sales team from the ground up
  • A strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, with deep forecasting and pipeline management expertise
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with operational rigor
  • Experience selling AI, analytics, or learning-technology platforms, ideally in a Series A-B environment a major bonus!
