• Treat Your Team Like Family — lead with respect, gratitude, empathy, and kindness.

Over the years, our commitment to people, innovation, and a positive workplace culture has earned us five consecutive “Best Place to Work” awards, one of the best workplaces by “Built in LA”, a 4.6 rating on Glassdoor, and 13 years on the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies list — recognitions that reflect the heart of who we are and the community we’re proud to build. We’d love to talk to you!

About the Role:

We're looking for a versatile, detail-driven Photographer & Videographer to create still and motion content across our portfolio of brands — from accessible, mass-market lines to elevated, premium collections. You'll shoot photo and video in our in-house studio, at partner and retailer shoots, and on location in real homes, bringing a strong interiors eye to every frame. Comfortable directing both product and talent, you'll partner closely with creative, brand, social, and e-commerce teams to raise the bar and make our content best in class.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Multi-brand photo & video: Plan and execute photography and video across multiple brands, adapting style, lighting, and composition to each brand's identity and price positioning — from mass to premium.
  • Interiors: Capture lifestyle and room-scene stills and footage that showcase products in beautifully styled, livable spaces, with strong command of architectural lines, natural and mixed light, and scale.
  • Product: Shoot e-commerce, detail, and hero product imagery and video in our in-house studio, ensuring accuracy of color, material, and finish.
  • Video & social content: Concept, shoot, and edit video across formats — brand films, product videos, how-tos, and short-form vertical content for social and paid channels — capturing stills and motion efficiently on the same set.
  • Talent: Direct, photograph, and film models, families, and babies/children with patience and warmth, working safely and efficiently within on-set guidelines.
  • Studio, partner & location: Shoot in our studio, at influencer partner shoots, and on location; scout locations and adapt quickly to changing environments.
  • Pre-production: Create shot lists, contribute to mood boards, creative briefs, and storyboards; partner with directors, stylists, set designers, and producers to bring concepts to life.
  • Post-production & workflow: Manage tethered capture, file organization, culling, retouching, video editing, color grading, and sound, with final delivery to spec and on deadline.
  • Studio stewardship: Maintain the studio, lighting, camera, and video/audio equipment; recommend upgrades and keep inventory organized.
  • Raising the bar: Stay current on photography, video, social, interiors, and design trends; bring ideas that push our visual standards forward.
  • Competitive & market awareness: Track competitor and category imagery, video, and campaigns across e-commerce, retail, and social; maintain a running visual library of benchmarks and share regular insights with the creative team on what's working, emerging trends, and where we can differentiate.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 7+ years of professional photography and video experience, ideally in-house or with brand, home, furniture, or lifestyle clients.
  • A portfolio and reel demonstrating strong interiors work alongside product and talent photo and video.
  • Proven ability to flex visual style across brands and market tiers while keeping quality consistent.
  • Expert command of studio and natural lighting for both stills and motion, medium-format and DSLR/mirrorless/cinema camera systems, gimbals, audio capture, and tethered capture.
  • Advanced proficiency in Capture One and/or Lightroom and Photoshop, plus Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve (After Effects a plus).
  • Experience photographing and filming children and families is a strong plus.
  • A strong eye for the competitive landscape — curious about how other brands in the baby, kids, and home categories show up visually, and able to turn those observations into actionable ideas.
  • Highly organized — able to juggle multiple shoots, briefs, and deadlines without sacrificing detail and quality.
  • Collaborative, solution-oriented, and calm under pressure on set.
  • Ability to travel for location and partner shoots and lift/move equipment as needed.
  • Experience shooting short-form, vertical video for social (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) and an understanding of platform best practices.
California pay range
$95,000—$120,000 USD

Our Benefits:

  • 100% of your health, dental and vision insurance monthly premiums paid by us!
