Qualifications
Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience in IT
Preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• Good experience on HP OpenView administration - OVO administration activities include installation and configuring of OVO agents on client machines, troubleshooting of OVO related issues, configuration, agent troubleshooting, template customization and troubleshooting and administration.
• HP BSM (OMi) Administration and support. Event flow management, working with event handling mechanism (TBEA, correlation, suppression etc), creating workspaces/dashboard in BSM/OMi.
• Analytical and Communication skills
