Job Description

Your Career

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business AU & Process Optimization Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading efforts to identify, analyze, and optimize HR processes across the organization using AI and automation tools. You will leverage your expertise in AI, automation tools, process mapping, and lean methodologies to design and implement solutions that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience. As this is a new area that we are investing in, you’ll have the opportunity to architect, design and shape how this work will be performed across HR.

Your Impact

  • AI/Automation Solutions: Collaborate with IT and AI technology resources to develop a strategy to explore and implement automation opportunities, leveraging AI-powered solutions to streamline HR processes and reduce manual effort.

  • Process Optimization: Conduct thorough analysis of existing HR processes, identifying areas for improvement, developing a roadmap of prioritized recommendations, and working cross-functionally to implement innovative solutions.

  • End-to-End Process Mapping: Map complex HR processes, capturing all steps, stakeholders, and data flows, using tools like swim lane mapping and process flowcharting.

  • Expert in Facilitation and Collaboration: Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders across HR and other departments, facilitating discussions, influencing leaders, gathering feedback, clarifying and resolving open questions and building consensus on process improvements.

  • Documentation and Communication: Develop clear and concise process documentation, including process flows, standard operating procedures, business requirements and training materials, ensuring effective communication and knowledge sharing.

  • Current State & Future State Analysis: Develop detailed current state process assessments and create future state process designs for optimized workflows investing in both process redesign and AI/Automation.

Qualifications

Your Experience 

  • 8+ years of experience in HR process optimization, automation, process mapping, or business analysis with strong expertise and practical experience with AI and automation tools to improve efficiency.

  • Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and driving organizational change.

  • Proven experience working with SaaS platforms like Workday and ServiceNow, including process configuration workflows and data integration workflows.

  • Strong proficiency in process mapping and documentation techniques (swim lane mapping, flowcharting, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with AI-powered automation tools like UIPath or Celonis and related solutions is a plus.

  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies a plus.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $0 - $0/YR.
