We are seeking a talented, passionate, and experienced HR Business Partner to join our one-of-a-kind HR team to support our global HR efforts. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting managers and employees, driving strategic HR initiatives, and fostering a strong, engaged workplace culture.
This role will require candidates to come to the Boston Office 4 days per week.
Your Impact:
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and senior leaders on people management, compliance, and engagement.
- Coach managers and leaders on strengthening their managerial and leadership capabilities.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and initiatives to support talent growth and retention.
- Ensure compliance with US employment laws while aligning with global HR frameworks.
- Lead HR projects in talent development, engagement, and performance management.
- Facilitation/Delivery of Leadership & management Development Workshops and Training
- Own and execute hire-to-retire processes including onboarding, salary reviews, and HR data management.
- Maintain accurate HR data, ensuring all employee information is updated in HiBob, Compete, and Trinet.
- Oversee new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition with IT setup, swag delivery, and first day orientation.
- Manage salary reviews and the annual feedback process, running quarterly meetings with leadership to ensure fair and competitive compensation while creating a health development plan for each employee.
- Collaborate with HR teams across hiring, employee experience, learning & development, and compensation.
- Drive change management and clear communication, aligning employees' work with company goals.
- We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic thinker who is passionate about developing people and organizations.

- 4-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Relevant academic degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in fast-paced environments with a collaborative and commercial approach.
- Experience working with Trinet and HRIS systems (HiBob, Bamboo, Workday, etc.)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Can-do attitude with a positive mindset.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Relevant academic degree (required).
- Strong understanding of U.S. employment laws and compliance.
- Advantage: Experience in Coaching and/or Organizational Development (OD).

Compensation and rewards
- The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
- Our total compensation package includes comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for healthcare, dental, and mental health benefits, a 401(k) plan and match, paid sick time and paid time off.
