FloQast is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Human Resource Business Partner to serve as a resource for our Go-To-Market (GTM) org which includes Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. In this role, you will support the day-to-day people operations and long-term talent strategies that drive our GTM teams forward. You will operate as a trusted advisor to GTM managers and leadership, ensuring that our organizational health and talent initiatives are synchronized with business growth objectives.
The ideal candidate possesses strong business acumen and a proven ability to navigate the high-velocity environment of a high-growth SaaS company. You will not merely manage HR programs; you will partner with our revenue-driving teams to enable their success and foster a high-performance culture.

This role has a requirement of working in office 3 days per week, which may be subject to change based on team and business needs, as determined by the department leader. Please note that this requirement is subject to ongoing review and may be adjusted in the future.
What You'll Do:
GTM Partnership: Act as a consultant to GTM managers and leadership. Align people strategies—including workforce planning, organizational design, and culture initiatives—with revenue goals and sales cycles.
Administer Cyclical HR Programs: Partner with leaders to deliver recurring talent programs, such as performance cycles, compensation planning, and talent reviews. Lead engagement survey follow-ups by helping managers interpret results and build meaningful action plans.
Manage Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including performance concerns, workplace conflicts, and investigations. Ensure issues are handled fairly, consistently, and in compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze engagement data, turnover trends, and hiring metrics specifically within the GTM Org to provide actionable insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with People Centers of Excellence to ensure programs and processes are effectively implemented and tailored to GTM needs.
Culture Champion: Reinforce FloQast’s values and ensure that people programs strengthen employee engagement and a unified GRO strategy.
Ad-hoc Support: Tackle other HR tasks or projects as assigned to help the company meet its goals.
What You'll Bring:
Business Acumen: You understand the nuances of sales models, customer journeys, and performance metrics. You can speak the language of revenue leaders.
Experience: 4+ years of HR experience, with at least 2+ years as an HR Business Partner directly supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success teams in a high-growth SaaS environment.
