We’re hiring a dedicated HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support a Global Hardware Engineering organization in a collaborative and fast-paced workplace. You are enthusiastic about people, interested in data, and motivated to help organizations develop. In this role, you will work closely with senior HRBPs, HR functional teams, and engineering managers to carry out HR programs and provide ongoing people support. This is an onsite role located in Santa Clara, CA.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting engineering client groups with a global footprint across hiring, onboarding, engagement, and retention activities.

  • Developing strong connections with Engineering managers to support the rollout of HR plans and programs that align with NVIDIA's business objectives.

  • Partnering with functional HR teams (Compensation, Recruiting, Mobility, L&D) to ensure consistent and accurate execution of HR programs.

  • Mentoring and advising managers on HR practices, performance conversations, and employee relations matters with mentorship from senior HRBPs.

  • Assisting with compensation processes including salary planning inputs, promotions, relocations, and job re-leveling.

  • Supporting domestic and international mobility and immigration processes.

  • Analyzing and presenting data from engagement surveys; contributing to action planning discussions with leaders and HR teams.

  • Helping resolve workplace concerns and supporting leaders through performance management processes, bringing up matters as appropriate.

  • Contributing to HR metrics and analytics reporting; assisting with business unit-specific data requests.

  • Collecting and coordinating turnover data for Hardware Engineering to support development of attrition insights.

  • Taking part in the deployment of NVIDIA global HR programs and initiatives.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 5-8 years of HR experience in a client-facing or generalist HRBP role.

  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on HR data accuracy and integrity.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel) and Workday or a comparable HRIS.

  • Foundational knowledge in 2 or more of the following areas: immigration, recruiting, learning & development, performance management, compensation, or mobility.

  • Experience supporting training program rollouts or group facilitation sessions.

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 112,000 USD - 178,250 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
