We are looking for a highly motivated HR Coordinator  to join our Human Resources team!

As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and compliance.

This is an onsite full-time Monday-Friday contracting position based in our Fremont CA office.

How You’ll Contribute 

  • Assist with recruitment logistics, including reviewing job descriptions, preparing job requisitions, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates and hiring managers
  • Post positions to external job sites, monitor accuracy of job postings on job posting sites, including company careers page and external job board listing sites and proactively work on resolving discrepancies
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes and cross-group collaboration, including preparing new hire paperwork, processing on-going changes, and offboarding documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR system
  • Manage administration of various HR programs including but not limited to employee referral and educational reimbursement program
  • Manage background check process and submit for approvals
  • Generate reports and org charts and assist with data analysis for HR metrics and audits
  • Assist with equity administration, including but not limited to new hire grants, offboarding share information communication, and other quarterly process and procedures
  • Help administer employee immigration matters
  • Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Assist with HR and Business Operations projects as needed
  • Other job duties as assigned

Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge & Abilities 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role
  • Be able to use computers proficiently, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word PowerPoint, Outlook) and data entry
  • Experience using talent acquisition tools such as ATS and LinkedIn. Greenhouse preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and work independently
  • Demonstrate ability to build strong and collaborative working relationships with candidates, colleagues and internal customers
  • Strong organizational and calendar management skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment/labor laws is a plus
